as a small batch brewer that uses a lot of american hops in my IPA (mostly ~10aa), hop bursting is a way to curb my IBUs. On a 3.5 gallon batch, any 60min addition adds ALOT of IBUs

It's been 2 years to the day... You still Hop bursting and why or why not? Hoss

to much blood in your alcohol stream.

Great! Do you guys still do dry hopping after that?

Dry hopping is almost a 100% must on IPAs for the extra boost to aroma
