A quick tutorial on how to use the Blichmann Beer Gun if you are considering moving from bottle conditioning to using a CO2 Tank and a Keg to bottle!

Love my beer gun. Allows me to force carbonate my cider in the keg after sweeting and killing off the yeast with potassium sorbate. Nice to be able to 'take em to go'.

+mustang774 Not bad really. The great thing about using the beer gun is you only have to wait a day or two for the keg to carbonate. Once you put the beer in a bottle, just chill it and drink it.

Takes forever. Bulk priming is the go.

+mustang774 Not bad really. The great thing about using the beer gun is you only have to wait a day or two for the keg to carbonate. Once you put the beer in a bottle, just chill it and drink it.
Like using DW, will do that from now on.
