Do you have a parts list for the gas portion? Specifically the needle valve and what (if any) orifice you use in hooking the regulator to the main gas pipe?
Nice brew rig! I found the link to the Uline options. Which model did you go with?

Joseph Roby www.brewershardware.com/Tri-Clover-RIMS-Tube.html for the core parts. if you want the sight glass, we got our sight glasses on ebay. Make sure it is for 1.5" tri-clamp sight glass or it will be incompatible.... m.ebay.com/itm/1-5-inch-38MM-Flow-Sanitary-Sight-Glass-Tri-Clamp-Type-Stainless-Steel-SS316-/282355125827?nav=SEARCH just a heads up, the prices fluctuate frequently on the sight glasses. it may be cheaper on a random day.
