Exactly.
I visited Annan distillery last year and the tour was very enlightening. Princess Anne and Doddy Weir both have casks there and obviously those casks are priceless. Man of Swords (heavily peated and dedicated to Robert de Bruce) and Man of Words (unpeated dedicated to Robbie Burns) are their products. The distillery visit is great, a lovely cafe and shop finishes off your trip this fledgling distillery. Keith.
This video explains the entire proces better than they do at most visitor centers at the destilleries on Scotland! It's very well made!
Remarkably well made. My hat is off to the animators, and to those who wrote the brilliant script.
Superb…yet to come across something so exhaustive and comprehensive…a must watch for all single malt whisky enthusiasts
Whoever made this video deserves a cookie. What an incredible illustration of the whisky production. Kudos to the people behind this video.
This was probably the most enlightening explanation video about the production processes of any product in the world. The fact that it was about whiskey was simply amazing. Many thanks to everyone who worked in the production of this video.

Still the best whisky production video out there by a long shot. I've shown this to so many people looking to learn about the industry. Bravo!
Every class in every school needs a videos like this for every topic. We dont need a power-obsessed morose teacher with a chalk board, we need to literally see what happens and then learn about the “why” afterwards if we feel like it
The comments about the animations say it all... Hats off. Amazing stuff!
It always amazes me what people discover over centuries of observation and experimentation. You look at a glass of whiskey and have no idea all the generations that went into it

Wow, what a great video, thanks for posting! One small note, the stills have a swan neck and lyne arm, rather than a goose neck, and the enzymes active within the malting process are not just the amylases, but this may be getting to be a bit more technical than needed for this video. I very much enjoyed your work, thank you!

@@OliverEnde Hay Oliver, really i have seen some videos for the same subject, not that i am an expert though, but the difference is obvious. Very nice presentation indeed and you can watch it again and again. Plus, something rare too, you don't get bored. No robotic animations and strange voices, but full of knowledge with a nice coherence for the idividual who has no more than a general idea about the presented subject. You want to watch it again and you will still 'll learn something that you didn't "pick" with the first view...while from the beging up to the end, it doesn't make you tired so you don't loose interest. Hey, i don' want to praize more, because this can be "detected" by other viewers and guide to...oposite results, but what i think is that the key of your succes, is that this "simple" (by a firsr view) video, has a nine month preparation behind it. You mentioned that in your response to me. So that lead us to considerate that a serious backround is needed for a similar result. Reaching to the end of this " small type of letter", there is another thing that comes out of all this: you focused to gather and collect your infos for this specific presentation, but appart of your whiskey knowledges, you also are tallented to make nice videos, so you keep this for future while is good for you. That is my opinion anyway and bravo, once again !!!

Just hats off. An epic in a single line.
To every guy who complains about the watermark and only gives me a thumbs down because of that: First of all: I can understand, because watermarks are annoying ... But: I make my living with such animations and have worked on this animation for 9 months. In addition to speaking and rendering costs, I had my own working hours, of course. It is a project from the heart. But my old animation was often used for commercial events without being asked if it could be used. Other people asked me and were willing to spend money on it. It is logically not fair to these people. So if it makes your ego happy to leave a comment here about the watermark and just find the video bad because of it. Feel free ;-)
@noahz4494

I would certainly not give you a thumbs down for the watermark presence because I am sure many people can watch it and ignore it, however my brain is such that I cannot and I find it impossible to watch. I wish it was otherwise because it looks fantastic. It is a pity there isn't a version without the watermark that a person could pay a couple of pounds via PayPal to watch - I would certainly be willing to do that. I am a huge whisky fan and I think this video would be perfect for me to watch without the watermark in the middle (I could live with the wee text bottom right I think). Well done for all your efforts and I wish you every success with future projects.
