I think the ref throughout the fight was superb! Not too involved, let the fighters work from the inside and work there way out of a clinch. This is refereeing at its best!

I think this fight sets Bud one level against Thurman, Spence and Ugas those 3 struggled sometimes mentally in the ring facing porter. here u can see Crawford never looks like he having trouble as if he knows he can beat Porter any round and just holding back and observing

What a fight man. Peak of boxing skill.

Crawford’s ability to make adjustments later on in his fights is just class. His timing gets better and better plus his footwork is just unbelievable. I think Spence may have success early rounds but Crawford will out box him and land cleaner as the fight goes on. No.1 welterweight hands down.

The point that I’m making is Spence being very flat footed will not result in a victory against someone like Crawford who can move for 6 rounds and conserve energy for later on in the fight. It’s so obvious he has a lot more in his arsenal, but this is my opinion and I say Crawford by decision.

the ability to hit while stepping backwards left my jaw on the floor. i had to pause and rewind and play in slomo multiple times. this was absolutely superb

What a boxer this Terence. Fighting with intelligence and force.

The longer the fight goes on, the more dangerous Crawford is. He may not be the most dangerous in earlier rounds but his adjustment to control the tempo of the fight as it drags on is incredible. And if there's a counter to shut down the opponent, he will find it eventually.

Crawford is so composed but whenever he lets his hands go he is VERY dangerous. It's crazy to think he used to be Timothy Bradley's sparring partner and even Bradley told him he would be world champion 🏆. Salute!

The tactics from Crawford team were clever. Telling him he was behind at the 10th was perfect motivation. Always fancy a capable fighter that thinks he is behind or the underdog 👌

if you watch in slow mo, the chopping right from Crawford was super clean, but didn’t affect Porter that much. he just got too close and lost his balance, and so the downward hook from Crawford after that was enough to make him stumble to the floor. Definitely a KD but not a super clean KD and Porter could have definitely continued, though he would have still lost.

I think the punches that were getting him down in the end weren't the cleanest, I think porter's corner thought that his equilibrium is gone and he will only take more punishment so better to stop.

What fight was you watching mate? Shawn Porter was badly hurt with unanswered punches. He would of gotten knocked out if the fight continued.

I dont think age had anything to do with him losing. He couldnt physically dominate crawford and make it a rough fight. Deffo couldnt outbox him. Styles make fights and crawfords style was too much for porters.

@S Fully agree. no fighter slams the ground so convincingly with alertness if he's dazed or damaged. People talking about unnecessary punishment?? Not like Porter was anywhere near breaking an 'orbital bone'- no cuts or gashes, wasn't even gassed out by the round. This is boxing not football

Crawford is the full package: long range, accurate strategist, big power, strong chin and head, lots of stamina, hard defense and lightning fast reflexes.

Incredible display of skills and athleticism. Very entertaining fight. Can't wait to see what's next for him.

I supported Bud from day one and I still believe he is the best out there. But after a thorough look I can say the punches Crawford landed were not enough to stop the fight at that point in time. Porter still has a lot of energy in him and wasn't really really punished. I feel the stoppage was premature. Bud would still have won though.

Great fight, but i think the stoppage was more emotional from his father than anything else. Porter was definitely capable of continuing at that point. Maybe he would have stopped him later on, but definitely not at that point. He looks like he was just upset with himself. He didn't seem that hurt or out of it, even said to the ref he is fine to continue.

Considering the fighter he was up to-Crawford, Porter would sooner succumb to the dismantling techniques of Crawford. Remember, Crawford later round abilities to take up the fight is from another planet

@@terador2010 Dude, Crawford is 34 and has just fought his first hall of fame caliber fighter in Shawn Porter. Pac has faced half a dozen hof fighters in his career. Besides Marquez was no chump, he’s a 4 division champion which Crawford has still not accomplished.

Great fight by two great champions of the division credit too them both Porter was in it until the Knock downs buds power reach stamina is on another level

He's too small to take the bud out but if he has a power he can knocked down the bud. But still the spacing created and ring control for bud is amazing.

people dont know TERENCE BUD CRAWFORD can carry his power in any weight classes and until 12 rounds. THIS is why crawford is special. plus the high iq. being a swtich hitter, footwork and etc. THE WAY HE ADJUST IN THE FIGHT IS INCREDIBLE. AND MOST OF ALL BUD SPECIALTY AMONG ALL OF HIS TALENT IS HIS PATIENCE... bud patience is the key for all of BUD FIGHTS. Simply bud has a good control and timing for his self and also very disciplined fighter.

I respect that stoppage, trainers need to look out for their fighters like this more. stopping the fight at times that that is what prevents your fighter from taking the really damaging punches because they are compromised defensively from being rocked

Crawford is nothing special, if it weren't for the late technical knockout porter would have had it in the bag. Don't get me wrong Crawford is talented but definitely beatable.
