TNT Tucker was one of the most underrated heavyweights of all time . An outstanding heavyweight who would destroy the likes of Chisora , Joshua etc . The old school 70s heavyweight classical US style …. What a class performer.

Remember going to see this fight in Norwich. Tucker past his prime but Hide had a powerful punch. Sadly Hide was a natural cruiserweight, who knows if he had been several pounds heavier?

That's the obvious generic thing to say The thing is we don't know and never will. If Del la Hoya had never fought pacman some would've said if Oscar hadve fought Manny he'd have koed him cos he would've been too big and strong but Manny shocked Oscar and everyone when he obliterated Oscar.

Terrible referee. Didn't even look into Tucker's eyes after the first knockdown and let Herbie pretty much stand over him with no neutral corner rule enforced after the second knockdown. Glad things have changed since then.

When Tony Tucker fought Mike Tyson, he was a lean hard body with excellent skills. Very hard puncher. Great jab. Big chin. When I see this fight, I see a guy who doesn't train. He still has some skills and ring smarts, but he is soft around the middle, with no endurance. I feel sorry for him.

Hide punch would trouble Lewis.
