Kelli, your getting kind of funny on camera. Your just getting relaxed on camera. I like that.
Guys, even at your young age, try not to over do your hours for traveling in one day. You’ve got to slow up a bit so..y’all can rest or you could end up ill, along trying to get there. We all want you well and safe ok. Admire your travels and hikes but.would rather know your ok. Be well, be safe.
We live in West Virginia, and Summersville was our favorite fishing and camping place to go. Cody....I caught the second largest rainbow trout in 2001 over the hill on the Gauley river.
Aww!! I loved when yaw were holding hands on the hike!🤗
I got all teary eyed knowing you were in West Virginia, Maryland, PA, and NY, knowing what you’all were seeing! Pretty isn’t it?! And Cody humming Country Roads while in WV! 😁. And the Finger-lakes area of NY; is beautiful. (Future reference that area is Wine Country). If you all were on highway 68 in Maryland… well …makes me smile. Safe travels.
I am from Connecticut and peak foliage is usually between October 1-15. Of course the northern parts of New England the leaves will turn sooner. Make sure you scout out the covered bridges in Vermont and drive along the coast of Maine.
Hey guy's safe travels, we are having horrible weather, from this tropical storm, I'm sure you're aware. Be safe 🙏
I've been following several van lifers/ truck folks and you two are by far the most entertaining & awesome content! Thank you for taking me on this journey with you!!!
Let me tell you both…. New England is an amazing part of the country that you will adore. The foliage is amazing, the Atlantic beaches, seafood, quaint little towns, architecture, history and the accents - I could go on and on. ❤ I’m from born and raised in Massachusetts, recently leaving for the Pacific Northwest. Explore the towns in each state…. I’m with you in spirit. 😊
I just enjoy your videos. In my opinion, without a doubt, your production quality is the best on KZread! I always feel like I'm hanging out with you all. (Minus any farts) that may occur. LOL
"When in doubt, pinkie out!" 😂 I'm rolling! Those Tate Coconut Cookies sound wonderful! 😋
That brand of cookies is one of my favorites. Different locations have different flavors. Blueberry is special. I also saw a hack online about ripe avocados. Allegedly, if you remove the stem, you can just squeeze out the avocado. Maybe worth a try. Happy trails, guys. You’re always entertaining!
What a neat, clean town!! Love the old historic Antebellum Homes! Appreciate the tour!!
Another fun trip for you guys...get ready to have your mind blown with all the fall colors ...🎉❤
You guys are awesome! I just recently found your channel again. I remember watching some videos when you tent camped but I made sure to subscribe this time so I don't lose you again.
You two are going to love New England.
Take your time in NE, as there is so much to see. Others have suggested destinations and I just have to advise a visit to the White Mountains aka “the Whites”. It’s gorgeous and the Kancamangus is a famous scenic highway that will be perfect for Fall color-peeping. As someone who is a southeastern US native (grew up on the beach), the first time I truly saw Fall colors was just … awe-inspiring. I can hardly wait to see the looks on your faces and experience it through your eyes.
The fall colors are gonna be poppin soon like here in cache valley, God bless your travels.
Yay! I think you are going to make it just right for the fall colors. Thanks for showing us the beautiful historic homes! I just love the old houses, and other buildings, that are maintained so well. So much history! Sorry about the Greek restaurant, but the interior of the Mexican restaurant was stunning!
I would LOVE to experience fall In New England! So excited for the next videos! ❤
What a beautiful place! We’ve been to east Virginia. It was quite beautiful too! I wonder what Arkansas looks like this time of year? We are ready to visit there again! Keep loving life✨✨✨
We loved West Virginia! It is so beautiful! The Eastern coast is the best place for fall foliage!! Cannot wait to see your videos of the beautiful colorful trees from New England!!! ❤
Can’t wait for the next video! ❤
Oh man, you rushed through one of the most stunning, historically rich areas in the USA. The New River is noted as the second oldest river in the world, second only to the Nile, some theorize they were connected at some point in time. The area you were in is getting ready to pop with color. More than that, you will find world class whitewater rafting with very reputable guides, from two to three class rapids up to five class. The locals are like none you will ever meet, as long as you don't seem pretentious and are friendly. Anywhere you go in the Appalachian range is like that. It's ruggedly beautiful, just like the people.
What a masterpiece of a dinner! And don't be cold in the sundown. Ya'll gotta try FLANNEL PAJAMAS again. You will quickly begin to LOVE changing into them after the night shower, and they are SO comfortable. By a new pair of flannel pajamas for each person. It will be so worth having.
Yay, you guys are in NY…. fall time is here, changing of the leaves❤.Skaneateles is amazing in Winter for Christmas, absolutely breathtaking ❤❤❤ hope you both have an amazing time.😊
Cody, you're hilarious! If I need a smile, I come here to hear you say, "Best day of my life!" LOLOLOL
When I went to the grocery store, I bought those coconut crisp cookies. They truly are delicious.
Sometime you should title your videos, Cooking with Kelly! You make some great meals! 😊
I was just in WV this time last year. New River Gorge was beautiful. Definitely recommend Cooper’s Rock State Park in Northern WV. It was awesome.
Until you take your truck camper to Bemis, WV and fished for trout on Shavers Fork of Cheat River, you haven't seen WV. With a side trip to Canaan Valley and Blackwater Falls State Park.
I grew up in upstate NY and it is a beautiful area. The finger lakes region has some wonderful wineries it’s a great place to travel as well
Mount Desert Island in Maine is one of the most beautiful places to explore, even If you miss the Maine fall colors. Most of Acadia National park is there. Also, Indian Point Blagden Preserve on NW side of is nice and secluded. Thurston’s lobster pound on the island has great lobster and outdoor eating. Bass Harbor lighthouse on island is a great site to visit, too.
I love these houses in the area you all are in, in New York, we had a few back in Illinois. Would love to see the inside of them.
If you all ever get to Asheville, NC, let me know. I will treat you to lunch at the Sierra Nevada Brewery.
Im surprised you didnt mention PA since you had to drive through it to get to NY..we have some amazing landscapes and mountains (the Appalachians) , curious what parts you drove through.
Hello my friends my name is Tony. Welcome, you guys to New York.
I would love to see and visit the eastern states. I’ve seen these states on video and they look beautiful. Enjoy your journey.
Hope you make it for the best Fall color!😊
my favorite in west virginia! so fun to see you made it there! Paddle boarding at sunset by the campground is the best!!
Hey guys if you need a stop in Connecticut feel free to stop over spend as much time as you need I have plenty of room, water and power for recharge. Till next time as always stay safe and healthy
I hope you folks make it to the Presidential Range in New Hampshire!! You won't be disappointed!❤❤❤
that lady loves to cook........................ a keeper 4 sure
That stew recipe is similar to Polish hunters stew (bigos) and whole caraway seeds are a traditional ingredient.
Central Vt here I’m a little worried that because of the flooding color won’t be as beautiful but the trees are beginning to change some. Warning. Unless you love sitting in back to back traffic avoid route 100 from Waterbury to Stowe Vermont on Indigenous peoples (Columbus) day weekend.
I lived in NH and fall is gorgeous. If you Google fall foliage map 2023 it’ll give you a map showing peak times in the different areas.
It’s still rocking 96 to 105 in Dallas 8 months now it’s been so much fun
I had strawberry avocado toast at the Sipp shoppe in Winslow Arizona. It is now one of our regular breakfasts. I use a good thick multi grain bread, mashed avocado, honey, and sliced strawberries. It is super duper yummy!!!!
lol, so, I guess I commented early - Yes, the "finger lakes region" - couldn't tell you how many lakes there are but what you've vlog'd about is what most of NY is. Small towns, near or right at a lake that typically has crystal clear water. Paddler's paradise....
You will find many restaurants that are closed on Sundays and Mondays so, please call ahead. From NH. Welcome to New England.
You havent missed it! I just came from New England and NY and the leaves were just starting to change. Your timing is perfect!
If you are still in the Finger Lakes region You MUST go to Watkins Glen
Nothing quite like fall in New England. You're going to love it. How does Kelly find the parks for stopping for yoga etc? Is there an ap?

Google maps
Watkins Glen in New York. It’s near the finger lakes region. It has tons of waterfalls and hiking. You guys will love it.
And you went right through the great state of Pennsylvania. You should stop at Ricketts Falls State Park, it is amazing with a trail that takes you to over 20 different falls…
We where in Vermont. Now Canada, just over the border visiting my daughter. It’s going to be beautiful . It’s starting here but definitely not peak yet. Our first time out East. We where enjoying the newness for a while but getting homesick for Wyoming. 🤠🐄🐮. We had a lot of rain traveling .
Staff issues IS an issue everywhere. Great video anyway--thanks. Still hot in New Mexico!!! Keep living your dream!!!
We had tons of rain here this summer 😢. The leaves are not as pretty this year because of that. It has been hot here too. Hope you two like New England . Thank you for sharing your trip with us ❤❤. 😊
We bought our camper last year in Oswego, NY. We fell in love as well. LOVED upper state NY. The people were fabulous. So nice. Let me tell ya.....locals recommended so many cool places. Talk to the locals. Alexandria Bay...was so neat. And there was a tour we went on to some castles out in the 1000 islands region. And then the Aderonsdicks.... (I cannot spell for crap. LOL). Just amazing. Watkins Glen on the way home was amazing as well. So jealous. Wish we were there (but not in winter...LOL)
😊 I didn't think you would make it. Enjoy the beautiful colors.
Next time you're on the West Coast come by Sutter Creek, CA and we will show you around the gold country. By the way, my mother was Greek so I'll cook you some good Greek food.
I do pumpkin but I put in nutmeg, ground clove, ground cinnamon, banana, and avocado.
Hey ya’ll…put a poached egg, basil and dark balsamic on that avocado toast….delicious. Unless you don’t eat eggs. 😉
You need to visit Acadia National Park in Maine. Drive through with the windows down and it smells like Christmas trees!
I have been all over the U.S.in my van, except for the north eastern states. What a quaint little town. I would be disappointed to if my favorite Greek Restaurant was closed. Next year?❤❤
Bhakti Chai is one of my favorites! It’s usually carried in Sprouts!
It's such a beautiful view ❤❤❤
We spent all of September and the first half of October in Pocahantas County, West Va last year. Fall was absolutely GORGEOUS. Maybe you can catch autumn there one of these years.
It’s Sunday night, September 24th in Bangor, Maine and the leaves have just barely begun to change here.
Skaneatles is a very popular Finger Lake town. I believe the Clintons have a home there. You are in NY at the best time of the year. September, October is amazing here.🍁🍂
It’s still night and beautiful
I LOVE SUMMERSVILLE LAKE! I hope you love it too. ❤ such a beautiful area
We are near Syracuse NY the leaves haven't turned here yet. There might be some change in the high peaks of the Adirondacks but no color here yet.
OMG who doesn't like creme of wheat....Cody! (me too)
The new river gorge area is beautiful and great white water rafting in that area too! Those historic antebellum homes are the best! Can you just imagine all if the history, if those walls could talk!
Y’all will make it and some thing that’s fun about the Northeast is you’ll get fall a little bit later slightly further south so you could see it more than once
I am on the NY/PA border, hardly changing here. Headed to Inlet in the Adirondacks on October 5th, will be catching some great colors at that time. You have time, don't beat yourselves up too much. Get your beauty sleep.
I haven't had avocado toast in awhile...making me want to grab some avocados! ;) I LOVE Fall and I love that y'all are headed into the best place to view all the colors of Fall!
Keep going til you come to the White mountains in NH. We have people all over the world to come see our foliage...you gotta come to NH
Like always Great Vlog, Always happy to hear guy are are Healthy, Stay Safe ❤U Guys!! If you get a chance on your way back down try to Stop at Natural Bridge, VA. It's has a Great trail there, with attractions.
Check out Kingston NY. It is on a tributary of the Hudson River. Go to the old Town on the river.
You were in my neck of the woods, Skaneateles! I wish I saw you guys! Enjoy New England. Supposed to be gorgeous weather this week and into next week. Husband and I are heading up to the Adirondacks tomorrow to camp for a week! Last trip of the year 😥
Hang on to your hats because most every town looks like Skaneateles.
We just came home Wednesday from the finger lakes Wed! 😢 Wish we could have seen you. NY is a gorgeous state. We love it and head there alot. We live near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
You can never go wrong with Mexican food! 😊 I could eat Mexican 5-6 days a week! With the 7th day reserved for steak, of course!
You should go back to WV in mid to late Oct. it’s beautiful and there are tons of things to do-especially in that Summerville/Fayette County area.
in northern Vermont we are starting to get close to peak but it's definitely a late foliage this year
That is happening here in Hood River. The cost of living is to high in the town for people to live and work in the service industry.. so sad when you look forward to food and can't have it. :(
Wonderful video!!!!!
That scenery is magnificent.
Good to watch the outdoor cooking..
Your good. Just staring in the finger lakes. If you follow the color south visit Watkins Glenn gorge if you have time. Magical af
Can't believe you are there !!!!!
Love your recipes too by the way!
If you can’t make New England the Smoky Mountains will peak in mid October. Stay a Clabough’s RV park on Hwy 321 (I think).
How fun.....can't wait to see the foliage......✨
Great video! Y’all are going to love New England fall colors ❤
Believe it or not, here in Eastern Massachusetts, the foliage hasn't started yet ❤
I’m 45 down the road, if y’all need a campground off 79 towards New England where I’m from, don’t worry you have time to make it. Check out Pirates cove and Long trail in Army Corp is a nice hike to cliffs. Wild and wonderful
I looked it up and there is a KEKE's Greek restaurant in Syracuse NY, maybe on your way back West
