a couple years ago i started doing flight lessons; the time my instructor wanted me to do more of the radio calls to tower was coincidentally a day where a guy doing his first solo flight Fucked Up Everything. tower constantly yelling at this guy about what runway to land on, the guy confirming the number but then preparing to land on the wrong one, all for like 15 minutes. by the end traffic control basically told him to report the office and was probably gonna lose the student license he just got. so yeah i imagine that compilation nick mentions is just a bunch of that, it's crazy
