There's actually a cool story about why there's dribbling in basketball. It used to be that you could only legally advance the ball by passing it. Players started passing the ball to themselves by bouncing it off the floor, which became dribbling as we know it today.

This was a funny episode. I was surprised by the age restriction of the Peter episode but when Aiden came out with the black square over his “area 51” I thought for sure it would happen again. I am happy Peter’s episode was so popular, he really did fit right in with the guys. He had very interesting stories and insight. If there is anybody out there that didn’t watch the mobile trivia game-- it’s a must watch! I loved it. Ludwig, you are lucky some hardcore Italian grand moms didn’t see you clipping your nails. Those ladies collect all nail clippings and hair from haircuts because they believe they can be used for voo doo type activities. Imagine the spells they could cast with those Lud nails! Welcome back Aiden! See you guys next week.

They kind of became known again in America because they had a song that was the theme song to a popular anime, Shine in 2001. Still, if you ask most people in America, they recognize To Be With You when they hear it, but still don't know any other songs from the band.

So I’m listening to this episode while I’m doing the dishes. Only I’m not *really* listening. It’s just background noise while I keep my inner demons at bay. Anyway, I hear the little beep sound they always play before an ad read and that kind of snaps me back to reality. And Slime just says 39:33 “you know what I ate for breakfast this morning? WORMS.” And it finally hit me, Slime is fuckn’ hilarious. That was the bit that finally did it for me.

The draft sounds like the craziest pod-stream hybrid event

i dont think writing down your resolutions helps much. the important thing is more how you phrase your goals. you need to be able to track the progress. any "work out more", or "eat better" resolution will be hard to track. A "go to the gym 2 times a week" is easily trackable every week and gives you instant feedback, if you are on track or not. for food stuff, any "eat fruit every 2 days", "replace 3 meals a week with a salad", "stay under x amount of calories every day", or so will be easy to track. set an achieveable goal that you can actually check off a list and feel good about on a daily, or weekly basis. Also one that lets you know if you are not on track to make you feel slightly bad about it. "reach out to friends more" can be done next week. "take 15 minutes every second day to respond to, or reach out to friends" can be tracked and checked off a list. so think more about what kind of goal you set :)
