She's so old hollywood. The way she stands on stage and talks to Dave after the performance felt straight off a sixties variety show.

Hmmm. It might be that she's not a super powerhouse singer like some who achieve her level of fame. I think what makes her special goes beyond just the notion of having a powerful voice. It's something about "presence". And vulnerability too. It might be the sort of thing that just separates people -- I guess you're gonna love her or hate her. How weird. But it seems to be true.

you mean bouncing from key to key is an artistic choice? She was changing the key to almost every verse of the song which caused the song to sound messy, and unpleasing. I hate that Americans tore apart her SNL performance and her live shows in general.. everyone is so used to loud gospel voices and loud warbling vocals in general they don't get the softer the thing... if there's not crazy choreography and lots going on they're bored and not impressed. If you see Lana concerts, the audience ALL sings it back to her. Her songs are slower and are meant to be sung and listened closer to for their lyrics more like 70s folk music.

Nothings touch me more than this song, Lana means everything to me she is just to pure for this world
She' an artist, but many people don't like art... thay want industry. My heart goes to her, i feel her music which touches my soul, and some times dreams it. 🎉
"la-ay-na del Rey" I lost my shit each time he said her name

It’s not that he didn’t pronounce it wrong it’s just prob how he pronounces the word. Like potato and how people in the south pronounce potato, potahto
The lady is perfection....end of...
I love artists who sing out there souls it gives me the chills. Her voice is so angelic.
Lana is such a treasure and this song is just perfect. Top tier. Thank you Lana.
I love how similar it sounds to the original, yet it has its subtle differences.
Shes one of the best singers of this time. Her haunting sound just hits the soul.
It's been amazing to watch lana evolve and progress over the years, but this performance still tops all the others I've seen in her career. The stripped down rawness of this is so beautiful, whenever i hear the strings come in i still get goosebumps. Would love to see some more of this in her performances. Love you Lana!
She looks beautiful in the first clip. She looks classy and sounds classy, I love Lana 😱💖
