Seeing her old performances always makes me tear up. It’s weird how Lana’s the type of singer that feels like a longtime friend almost and this feels like watching back at younger memories

Agreed. Her selling out and becoming the very thing she used to rail against is one of the most disappointing things I’ve seen from any musician I respected anywhere close to the level I respect her.

@@alexandriaocasio-smollett5078 LOL Lana’s music still pushes against modern music, she’s in no way a sell out. It’s ok sweetheart, you’re a republican so you wouldn’t understand

@alexandriaocasio-smollett5078 How has she sold out?? I think her music is still authentic and special to this day
I remember the first time I heard this song and it stopped me dead in my tracks. I knew a genuine talent had arrived.

I still remember when i first heard this one playing in the radio at work. Iam more of a Rock and Metal Fan,so i almost always hated what was coming up in Mainstream radio, but man once i heard that Song,i knew this was something else.

I remember working at a store and it played and i stopped doing whatever i was doing wondering who sang it and if it was from the past and i was just soooo in love i rushed home after work to search for it
I had never heard Dave say such nice things to a musical performer.

Never seen Letterman giving straightforward complements like this to anyone else. Lana has that effect on people, she is truly special, her music elevates my soul.🌹

Shes out of this World, an Angel from above! Lovin her forever
Letterman has a nearly impenetrable personality, but he was completely hypnotised by Lana. I get it, too - hard not to with how intoxicating the music is and how beautiful she is.
every song Lana makes sounds so magical. ❤❤
I REMEMBER THIS! I BLUSHED AT DAVID LETTERMAN'S TAKE OF HER! ❤😊
This is best Lana del Ray performance I've seen. Perfection.
Master craftswoman of the sadcore music genre. Mark me down as a huge fan of hers. Really enjoyed this performance. 👍

@@gringoloco1891 I didn't make that up. 😄 I read about it. She and several others fall under that category.
I know it’s only been up a couple months now but how does this not have at least 100k in views. Only 18K? Impossible.

Really, this is her voice at its peak? She's definitely talented but this performance has a lot of flaws and seems to be far from her full potential. Her anxiety is clearly noticeable in her voice here
