As Lana‘s biggest fan alive I have to say this is amazing

I remember watching her singing on SNL and I didn't know who she was. And yeah,she didn't do great. But it made me look into her more,and she has an amazing voice and aesthetic. She is very ethereal and has a beautiful voice. She was just really nervous on SNL,went off key some,but that just made her seem all the more human. Its ok to mess up to become better. I love Lana.

i just realized that the tree frog story is the one they use every time they have no intention of finishing the joke

I remember watching this when I was 12, came back to say this Lana Del Rey is a normal person, who gets nervous, she's a beauty and an icon so of course people will critic her behind their phone screens, when they themselves have never stepped foot on a stage. The real fans are still out here, we love and support everything you do Lana Del Rey

For those who saw this skit as an attack on Lana, the writers were utilising satire. For example, for each insult the public had on Lana's performance Kristen Wiig (the impersonator) would shoot it down. It was a funny and satirical way for the show to stick up for her.
