Idk, i would say 80% - 90% voice and the rest feelings. I listened to this without watching the video and i was about to comment that i felt she wasn't feeling it(in this particular performance). SINGING is mostly about the vocals.

Totally! She brings passion through her music, which is lacking in most music today. I always imagine she brings up old memories of an experience she had and relives it when she sings like this. This isn't the first time she's been this good.

Man the way she hits "stay" from 3:25 onwards is just hauntingly good. It feels as if she's literally begging for her lover to not leave her behind and you can feel the emotion behind it.

Damn. I've never before watched a live Rhianna performance, or a live SNL performance. This felt like I was being let in on a private performance. Yeah but that's thing, what makes me see her as a 'superb' singer is the emotion in her voice. Anyone with decent vocals can sing, but she has a way of projecting her feelings in the song so that she is almost telling a story. Some of her songs I'm not even that into, but this is a winner for me. Mainly because when you strip the dancing, loud music, and crazy behaviour, you get the simple beauty of her voice. Low talent my ass, she wouldn't be as sucessful as she is without it. No matter who she contracts with, people wouldn't want to put hard work into someone who is useless.

+dania_ tha_Realest (miss alsina) she can sing along as she stays in one place, I've noticed when she tries to do choreography and sing it slips because she might be trying to catch her breath

+Jasmine yes definitely, it takes alot of practice to do dance routines and sing so well at the same time. if she really wanted to do that it would take alot of practice and she would have to be taught how to breathe properly by a vocal coach

Y’all gon comment this on every gatdamn video of hers? If you know she can sing, I’d think there’d be no reason to constantly feel the need to prove it 💀

She has the everything included voice, she sing sharp similar amy and adele, but also able to make it very subtle and airy. she has power and her tone is unique. Not to mention her diction is beautiful. She just needs to be consistent.

It's one of her top 10 performance in my opinion. 🥰🥰🥰. Love you Riri😘
