I liked the clever way using the press to get that curve put in that bracket!

Del, I was going to suggest perhaps a 1in or 1-1/2 wide strip of thin rubber (old thin inner tube) inside the new bracket to eliminate vibration and a possible crack to the new reservoir.......Either way, fine job, looks good.

Well the factory doesn't do that Tom.. and ive never seen one crack, Ever. The nylon they're made from is very soft and durable mate.

Tidy job mate! Next time you fire up the welder weld the nut to the back of the bracket before paint 👍🏻

Possibly, if the back was hard to get to...but then i can't use a lock nut...and the screw can work loose !

Nice one Del 👍 Great the way you design and then refine the brackets and such to do what they need to do 👍 The clocks bracket springs to mind as initially a little mistake but corrected with a better design with the cut-outs 👍 Keep up the great work Del 'n' Pen 👍

Mate well done, lots of suggestions already! Here’s another one, the little tag where the reservoir bolts trim it more so it’s hidden and not so intrusive. It shouldn’t weaken the bracket.

Great start into the weekend, mate. These little reservoirs look great. Much better than a tube. I had that on my race bike, and as you said it was always weeping. Although it was the expensive HRC kit, not the cheap Chinese. Another step for the mighty Busa. Günter/Nürnberg

Never mind just removing the cap, It would need to be significantly lower to get a bottle hovering over it to pour fluid... it's one screw and lift it out slightly, takes a few seconds, once every two years..! 😂
