GUYS, This Is Your Best Bet For Building MUSCLE

Ойын-сауық

This is my way of building muscle, through the medium of hard conditioning.
It’s not optimal, it’s definitely now easy however the return on investment is huge. More so than sitting on a seated row machine, during your ‘hypertrophy’ block doing 3 sets of doom scrolling .
Grace WOD followed up by 100 unbroken 1-pump burpees

Ahh, man watching your little girl in the background living her best life was all kinds of entertaining. If my wife and I are successful at bringing some kids into the world, I’ll definitely be subjecting them to times just like this.

You've inspired me to do more! Up to 100 pushups per day at 44, adding pull-ups, and leg-up off the doorway bar. Now I'm going to invest in those weights. Great channel. God bless.

Quite possibly the strangest work out video I've seen but in saying that it is the most honest and real I've seen. None of the spandex wearing over glammed bullshit that floods social media. This is the real life struggle in attaining discipline. Love it 💪👊

Woke up this morning, hurting from my last workout, was about to get back under the covers, and I thought "what would Lee do?". I got out bed, and smashed a 45 min workout, the muscles that were not hurting, as much! Thanks for the encouragement!

man, i respect the grind so much. in quite new to your channel and new to my fitness journey. I've been working on myself for the last year and have become the best shape I've ever been in my life. And you have inspired me to continue on that, through conditioning myself. I'm nowhere near your level, but through setting monthly goals I hope to be one day. god bless you. wish you all the best.

Great stuff! I like the change to kettlebell first then burpees. It definitely allows you to focus on strength with the kettlebells and then focus on the cardio and stamina with the burpees. I like the added human distraction strategically placed to challenge your dedication and concentration. 😂😂 I have 5 of my own and I know full well what it's like when you dying to keep going and your little one is breaking your concentration. The double kettlebell clean and press is my over all favorite full body exercise as it works both posterior and anterior chain and hits the legs as well as a push and pull. I'm currently alternating days between double kettlebell clean and press one day, burpees the next day, and running along with muscle ups on the third day. On the kettlebell day I focus more on explosive strength development and work stamina. I do get some cardio but not too intense as to not take away from the strength emphasis. I just have a set amount of clean and presses I have to complete. I have no set number of reps or sets. I will either not focus on cardio at all and just focus on strength, or I will do the full amount of clean and presses in sets of 3-4 with just enough rest in between to walk around briefly until my heart rate lowers to the bottom of the cardio threshold. I'm just guessing based on my ability to breath. I can ramp that up or calm it down depending on how much cardio emphasis I want during that session. I use the continuous sewing ng clean and press. I also do jerks technically instead of strict presses as I find I can do more volume where my legs and core do more work and my shoulders and arms can keep going along side my legs and core. This also allows me to use heavier weight that challenges my legs and core more than if I were to strict press. I find this to be a better fit to work the whole body. For the burpees I use this day to really push the all out cardio and strength endurance. I just have a set number of burpees I want to complete and try to lower my times each burpee day. I can also add various squats or lunges into the burpees or pushups variations to work different aspects of my leg muscles or my pressure muscles. On the run day I use this day to work on my street state cardio. I can either keep it light or ramp it up and really push the pace. Running really hits the calves and legs with a functional movement and strength endurance. With the muscle ups it a great pull press all in one exercise that works my biceps where the kettlebell cleans do not, even though they are technically a pull. I chose this regimen over just one of the three protocols as I felt like each one was missing certain body parts or one was more anterior dominant or the other more posterior dominant. Doing all three along side one another I feel is a full body regimen that's hits the whole body and has really no holes in it. It combines, hit, steady state cardio, and maximal strength, both anterior and posterior all in one regime that only takes 20-30 minutes each day. If I could only pick one I would go with the clean and presses because they can be adjusted to hit both posterior and anterior and to be more cardio or strength focused. The only two spots they don't hit are the calves and your biceps. You could easily add bent rows or chins and jumping rope to the clean and press if you wanted to. Anyways sorry for the lengthy comment. I just thought I would share.
