Love this video. I’ve always hated burpees because they were too difficult. But I’ve been watching this guy and iron wolf because I want to improve. This is a top video!

Lee, thank you for taking the time to make sense of the burpee. Doing it with proper form helps tremendously. For beginners, these tips are crucial! I definitely learned from this video, and will start applying to my routines Cheers!

This has helped a lot for me with regards to the positioning of the legs (narrow stance), I'd got into a habit of returning my legs into a wide stance outside my arms.

Starting with legs in a wide stance and having my feet closer together when in the push up position works better for me then jump back to standing with legs in a wide stance again. If I do it in the way it's shown in this video I get injured. My right shoulder gets injured and my back gets a little bit tweaked as well.

Great video Lee. The slow motion clip was awesome👍. But in all seriousness, clearly explained and to the point. And you’re so right, it’s not complicated. Just have to get to work.

Whatever you're feeling between the 1st and last burpee you do is nothing compared to the elation upon completion. Just added 6 count to my weekly training and love that feet stance tip. Nice one.

Thank you for your videos and your commitment to helping others change their lives. Everybody has different ways of doing things and different motivations to get them where they want to go or be. I struggle with self motivation but thrive off of challenges. May seem stupid to some but its just the way my mind works. Keep doing what you do, God bless.

Hey Lee, you are just amazing, mate! This is super useful and helped me to understand the basics in a crystal clear way. I have a question or problem, though. I am sitting long hours in front of a computer due to my work and there is no money available in my exercise bank. I am 45 and I can only do 5 unbroken burpee. How can I progress into 100 burpee level in lets say 12 week? Is it possible? Please let me know. Cheers, Onder

love the tutorial. any pointers about breathing? i tried to listen for it in the video, but all i heard was a sharp inhale at the top. does this mean you do the whole 6 count with one inhale and only exhale back at the top? cheers

Any type of count burpee will destroy you mentally because you count the same motion loudly. In my opinion, beginner should start with regular burpee whit out counting

@@StrongandConditioned We are just exchanging our experience. My post is based on my beginning. When I started off,10 to 12 burpee was my maximum. After awhile I add counting and more complexive variations. Now I do them 3 to 4 times in the week with pull ups, dips, push up, squat etc. Salute 💪
