Nice Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you ever tried - Lammywalness Bright Love Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to rekindle your relationship minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my BF after many years got astronomical results with it.

When he said “To get him back, take our time. We need to do the right actions at the right time.” That hit me so hard. Im too impatient.

I’m impatient as well.. he’s not talking to others about US that I know of. He’s a workaholic n stays to himself. So not sure if he’s hurt by our breakup! All I know is a asked him about a letter I wrote him that explained my feeling. And he said he was keeping bc I wrote it.. so, to me that is the only link he has left of me. And that’s the only thing that I can tell that he’s upset about our breakup!

My ex is definitely hurting,, things didn't work out and he opted to end it , I wish him healing regardless

Okay let me break it down to you ..I am a nurse and I had an affair with the doctor who was living with someone else I decided that this relationship was no longer healthy for me so instead of me being a typical woman and cussing him out I broke it off very nicely and told him that I wanted to move on and that I wasn't getting any younger and I had to be realistic about everything I told him I hope that he found someone that can treat him the way he need to be treated ,I told him I hope you find someone that can make him happy..I know he only treated me like a booty call I didn't feel the need when I decide to move on to make that into an argument and tell him everything he wasn't doing for me because I understood he knew damn well what he wasn't doing for me. I realize it was my fault . because I liked him and allowed the situation. I just decided to break away and move on.this man started calling my home he decided one day to call me at 7 at night and started asking me about my new man my life he asked me did I love the new guy and how was he different from him. I told him at the moment he's (the new guy) is very nice guy he told me can I consider him if it doesn't work out this man was living with somebody else and I was nothing but his booty call so he was having an affair me and treated me taking me for granted. he had the audacity to tell me if it didn't work out could I consider him I just listen to I shook my head on the phone.. he kept calling me asking me can I take you out to dinner he kept calling over and over and over and over again I told him I wanted to concentrate on this new relationship and I felt that it was unhealthy to continue interacting with him.he started telling me that he cared for me more than what he realized and he didn't want me to go he said he loved me and he did not realize it until I left.. seems getting in the other relationship made him want to hold on..he told me to please just hold on...I will spend more time with you..etc.. he was a general surgeon I believe his ego was bruise that I walked away. and after I made it clear that I no longer wanted to be with him or interact with him he called me again one night and told me very sincerely nobody's ever told me the way I told him he said nobody's ever did told him so stern and yet so consideritly...i guess he knew he was taking me for granted..I guess I made him feel very small I guess I made him feel very guilty because I was very nice about it I was very humble about it when I walked away I felt there was no need to tell him what he was not doing when he already knew what he was not doing there was no need to tell him about this relationship is not anything cuz he knew he didn't value me in the relationship so when I walked away the only thing was he was expecting that that's what made him feel guilty .he knew he deserved to be cusssed out I did not

A narcissistic guy will also gaslight you after the breakup.

Unfortunately, that doesn't apply to a narcissistically disordered person with whom you broke up while you were still so deeply in love with him/her - the person who escaped is so much more in pain, as their love was genuine. They act hurt and run a smear campaign, being in denial of what they have done, yet, because their hurt looks so 'real' as they act their part, everyone else will think the real victim is the bad guy. Someone told me that my ex seemed 'disappointed' after I escaped him... for some, he may have looked like a real heart-broken person, who told others, I left him, because I wasn't ready for a relationship. We need to listen closely to find out the truth. People who listen to a narcissist's sob story may try to convince a victim to get together again, which restarts the cycle of abuse.

ALL TRUE. I keep telling myself “I am hurting, I feel like I am dying and yet he willfully harmed me verbally and emotionally. I am the victim here”. I know I will kick myself one day for every tear I shed over this SOB, but I gave it all I had and I loved him, dammit. I am the one that’s normal, these are normal emotions. How else he’s acting has to do with control & manipulation, of his own beliefs or those of his flying monkeys. Oscar worthy role in the victim category.

I could have written that about my ex a true narcissist. My ex told me he was going to the DR for a visa for his mom made no sense that's because he was in Cancun Mexico having a fling. The dope brought me a bottle of tequila from Mexico with the receipt still in the bag with his name, date and location. Broke up with him the next day.

My ex gf initially broke up with me. It was mutual at first bc neither of us were happy and I quit courting her she lost attraction I lost attraction. But she initiated the breakup and it instantly crushed me. But I didn’t know if it was just my pride that was hurt or if I was truly heartbroken. But yes I was hurting. And it hurt for a while. I have broken hearts and I have had mine broken. A genuine guy will heart no matter who broke up with who. Hope this helps.

My best friend is way better than the woman i married and later divorced. My best friend loves me so much that she kept my last name. He really hurt me as I found out he was cheating and that's how the relationship ended but he completely lied and denied having done anything when i confronted him. He actually got the other girl pregnant and I have never felt so much hurt in my life. No apology or anything and I have heard through his friends that he begged her to have an abortion. Why would he wait that long to block me?

My girlfriend broke up with me in Dec and I did the same sort of thing. We were together for 5 year but she was very controlling and sometimes abusive. She calmed down but I was depressed and stopped showing her love. I felt less of a man because of the way she treated me. She broke up with me ironically. She wanted me back in Jan but I still felt like we needed time. I was still numb but I could tell she was hurting. Eventually around March it all hit me. I was in so much emotional pain. But I kept my cool and posted a few happy pics on social media. I feel like she never saw this as me hurting though. She was probably pissed off that I was happy without her. She must have met somone around april and excelated quicly into a relationship with him because she deleted me and put a display picture up of then two. It literally killed me, but in a way I feel sorry for the guy.

I’ve applied a lot of the things you teach and things are stating to work... he has made the last 8 moves... sending me messages on insta after watching my story while I was on a road trip... he told me to be safe, etc. (; he’s grabbed me and hugged me to tight and held it for a long time... I was going away somewhere for two days and he told me to be safe and to let him know when I was back and that he’d be thinking about me.. I let him know the next day that I was finally about to leave somewhere and I wouldn’t have my phone. I ended it with telling him I am nervous... and I put my phone in my car and left for two days.. when I came back, I had a message from him telling me “it’s okay to be nervous.. etc.. be safe. I love you.” I hadn’t responded for two days and my phone is also broken so I just call and let him know that I just received his message, I can’t text him back and I’m on my way to get a new phone... etc.. he seems kinda down... maybe hurt that I didn’t respond to him FINALLY making that move to tell me he loves me again.. so once I got a new phone. I texted him.. thanking him for his messages and that he’s sweet and I love him too.... this is such a tipping point... but it’s been all day since I’ve messaged him back that I love him and he hasn’t said anything.... I feel like there’s not a lot of videos that take it from this point forward. I’d love for you to make a video about this ♥️ Updated... after not responding to that... later at 1am, he starts screen shotting messages on Snapchat and then messages me saying sorry if it’s notifying you... and then snaps another screen shot.. lol. So I responded asking him what he was screen shotting and he responds saying it’s some pics... I’m like “I’ll have to go look now” he says “I’m okay with that, hahaha” and sends another one right after saying “it was some sexy pics and another one from our hot spring trip”...... later after a few more messages he says “ I'm still super tired, I'm going to try to sleep again. I'm glad you're home and safe. I thought about you the whole time. Anyways, I'll talk to you soon. Goodnight, sweet dreams.” I respond with “Sam you’ve said some really sweet things and have given me quite the hugs... I really hope you’re not trying to play with my heart and try to string me along or something... and that your intentions are pure... thank you for keeping me in your thoughts and letting me know that you’re glad I’m safe. 💕 talk to you soon. Goodnight🌙” Thank you SO much for all of your videos. You’ve really helped me SO much! Btw... it’s going on two months since the actual breakup and at first, I was doing that whole grasping, begging, etc... quickly found you guys and have been watching every day.. I’ve stepped back and stopped reaching out and applied no contact that way... but he’s very emotional and so when he has reached out, I haven’t been too cold or not responded... but I’ve definitely pulled back and that’s when he’s started to come forward... he’s made the past 9 moves now in a row throughout a two week period... Well I think it's completely over. He's moved on into a new relationship although he did come crying asking for forgiveness. But for me once I realized he got in another relationship -- all bets were off.

My husband and I are not living together for quite a while, we haven't moved on yet. Recently, after three years of his silence, he contacted me, but I'm really annoyed by his behavior, that I couldn't understand. He called me and looked as well for me. He even said to me that we just need to do or settle our priorities first which is our studies.

hi, i have been watching your videos since 2018 and learned so much. my guy was cold in 2018 till i finally did the NO contact...after 2 months he called and we got back together. its been great after that however this year with the pandemic and job issues etc. we had an argument and he hung up on me. he hasnt called since. its been 3 weeks. however from the day he hung up i went into radio silence and no contact. i disconnected myself from social media completely to avoid FOMO anxiety and although it was tough...its become easy and now i dont even care about going online. but i did notice that he changed his pictures on all his social apps...yes it surprised me but i felt he was doing it to trigger some reaction from me since i wasnt posting anything. it is difficult but somehow i managed till now not to make the first move. oh and by the way because of the pandemic am stuck here in India and he lives in Dubai. so there is alot of physical distance between us as well. He’s big and fit so then I came across this and felt sad 😞 but also happy haha anyway okay I see it as him still loving me. So he probably dosen't feel anything for me anymore he said he's just upset but he took everything very lightly and when i asked him "how can you be so light about this?" He just stayed silent. He didn't blocked me on facebook or instagram and it seems like he's doing great without me. I think he could be a narcisist guy ,some signs were there .at first i told him off but in the end i wanted to be a mature person and i wished him the best of luck telling him that i always loved him of course he didn't say "i always loved you too" back and he seemed very okay and not hurt at all. He said he's too hurt to be with me again and that some things i said to him hurt him too much but i don't think he's hurt by the breakup .i'm trying to heal from this but i know it will take time.

I feel like it’s a little hard, especially when the person barely shows any emotions. And not so motivated most of the time. Opinions?

My ex is completely different.. he has no emotion hence showing no emotion.. so no he won’t be hurting.. unlike me that’s still crying daily.
