材料:
1. 200 克綠豆 = 7 oz
2. 1700 ml 水 = 57.5 fl oz
3. 165 克片糖 = 5.82 oz
4. 1/5 茶匙鹽
Ingredients:
1. 200 grams green bean/ mung bean = 7 oz
2. 1700 ml water = 57.5 fl oz
3. 165 grams brown block sugar = 5.82 oz
4. 1/5 tsp salt

玲您好, 非常感謝做我的食譜, 我住德國很可惜不能帶植物入境( 臭草), 所以沒加入, 間中我放 (日本巳切碎乾海草, 煮好最後関火後才加入, 不要煮. 我在東京留學時常常做, 很好食), 請代問候府上各位安好, 多謝 :)

請問放海帶有咩作用呢?我以前都有煲過海帶綠豆沙,但係就唔知道加海帶有咩作用!
這道綠豆沙糖水,清涼解熱,是很好的夏日食品,我記得四十多年前在香港的時候,也有常常食這道綠豆沙糖水,不過他們除了綠豆,片糖還,加上臭草和果皮,聼他們說味道會更好,更有益, 不知道是否屬實.

豆類遇水浸發會有少量毒素釋出,故浸綠豆的水宜換掉,另加些臭草和海帶風味更佳。

LIM KP green peas are much bigger and usually served as vegetables which is frozen food placed in freezer.

绿豆遇铁锅和空气会变红,用非铁质高压锅会容易做出绿色的。
