Sometimes people don't realise they're speaking louder than people normally do. I once thought I was only trying to sound clearer and be more vocal in a debate competition. A video recording of myself proved me wrong. It sounded more like I was yelling and it was quite awkward to watch. My mother, when she's upset or angry at either or my father, yells her complaints and frustrations at us. And I once told her calmly ("Calmly", as a result of discovering how annoyingly loud I was years ago) that she doesn't need to yell, and at the same volume, she said to me "I'M NOT YELLING.."

I hope that makes sense. Either way I can understand your side. I actually really hate the southerns in italy. They always scream when they are talking normally. It's annoying and disrespectful in my opinion. Ofc they grew up like that but it's annoying if you go to eat somewhere and want to talk with your family but all you hear are the italians yelling at each other having a normal conversation

He was the only one who slipped back into his old problems during the big service though. I think he might have been the biggest contributor to their problems, since the root of the problems tend to creep back in during the comeback service. Usually it's the food quality or chaos of the kitchen. Here it was his laziness. Luigi almost snapped but kept it together once Tony started pulling his own weight. I get the feeling this was almost a repeat of their past problems.

As of my most recent check, Luigi’s D’Italia is still open and serving customers under the same ownership that you saw on the episode. However, it’s doing so at a new location, as they closed the Luigi’s D’Italia Anaheim CA location that you saw on TV and reopened in Fullerton, CA in September 2017. Reviews are excellent with a 4.5 star rating on Yelp.
