Don’t worry guys, you’ve made the mistake of all those who approach Ren’s Art: looking at work of Art without knowing what they’re talking about. I advise you to go down Ren’s rabbit hole and then react again, you will have two paths: love Ren or hate Ren. To understand Ren you must have the curiosity to know who he is, to know what he has been through and to have a free mind and, as a native american saying goes, walk with his moccasins( i think that’s what they say). Have a safe trip to Ren world.

Thank you for reacting to Ren. Every single time a reactor tries to second guess Ren they always get it so completely wrong. Also, when you talk over Ren you miss vital clues which makes you ask questions you don't need to ask. You are right, you definitely need to do parts one (live) and two (lyric video). They are both quite different.

From a metal head he is completely different. MG1 is history and part 2 is a economical lesson. Both well worth the listen

If you're talking over his rap you might as well play Lady Gaga or some other shit. If you need to make an observation and not just a silly comment (if it's not as meaningful as what your watching we don't need to hear it), pause the video then rewind back about 10sec and start again. Ren doesn't make bubblegum music or simple canned crap the labels are feeding you. So pay a little attention and maybe you'll not only enjoy what you hear but you'll enrich your own lives with some incredible art and some words of wisdom. It's a deep and rich rabbit hole of all kinds of music from Ren, the best part is you never know what you'll get because Ren can perform any genre and do it better then most.

Ren's rap is cleanly spoken and easily decipherable and rap girl or not, I think you will appreciate his work...he has many styles and genres and excels in them all

OK. Start with 'Hi Ren'. Then 'Sick Boi'. Then 'Money Game 1 and 2'. The 2nd has a lyric video and acapella version; watch the lyric video. Next 'Tale of Jenny and Screech (Full)'. Then 'Love Music 1, 2, 3, 4'. Follow that with 'Suicide' and 'Murderer'. For fun you can then react to 'Losing It', 'What you Want', and many more. Lastly, you can pause the video with space bar and use the left arrow key to back up a few seconds. That was when you decide to talk you hit that left arrow key and back up a bit. Great job there, you both were quite a bit of fun to watch. Love the enthusiasm.

They are all equally great. The ending with the rain is actually the chorus of the first two songs. Instead of singing it again, he acted it out. On Part Two, you should do the Lyric video. The live version is not the full song.

If you react to Money Game 2 then watch the lyric video as it's the complete one. And I have a feeling the Jenny and Screech (full trilogy, with Violet's tale) would be of interest. But essentially, anything he does is worth watching.

Money Game 3 is a wild song as a first introduction to Ren. Most people pick "Hi Ren" then "A Tale of Jenny and Screech"

Cute couple, but you guys have a real talent for talking over the hardest lines and missing key moments. LOL Glad you enjoyed it. you'll LOVE parts I and II... they're all very different.

The song start a conversation between you, about money and depth du to loan for school... are you aware that in many other cuntry scholarship is FREE, it's a society desision, everyone is paying more taxe, acording to what they make and this way a free health care, free scholarship for ppl. This is the kind of matter that this money game is about. Do we collectively put ourself first or do we put the collectivity first knowing that individualy we'll benefit from it? I'm not saying that their is a perfect plan, Ren doesn't have the answer but he want us to think about it, talk about it and maybe change it. You guys were great - tbh for a while I thought you were getting the trivial & missing the message but when he put his hand inside the cookie jar you both clearly got it. It is us. It’s all us. The hoods are hostage bags - as you pointed out - everyone is hostage to the game. If the solution is education, then I guess we just were. I won’t ask the obvious question. I recommend the first two - both entirely different - if you do them I’ll be watching!

To bring Sam into it... I don't want to guess her tastes, but I have a feeling that Ren w/Bibi "Crutch" or perhaps "Dominoes" would be more of her groove. Of course I WANT to see you bombard her with his Rap songs... especially "Losing It" and "Illest of Our Time", but that's the sadist in me. Could also do the live busking Big Push "Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip-Hop" performance, that's incredible as well. It doesn't matter what you do... I'm concerned that Sam may have been traumatized by a close sui*ide (as have I, two actually).. so the song named that and also "For Joe" are probably not good, and also probably the only two tracks I haven't listened to... though it's been 16 years, that scar is deep!
