I got into skateboarding relatively recently and Giger is quickly becoming one of my favorite skaters to watch. Aside from doing the utterly insane tricks he does he's also just so wholesome and positive. It's a vibe I really appreciate.

You know one of my FAVORITE parts of these skate videos is just how respectful the people in the background are. (most of the time.) Any time there is someone trying to land a trick the people in the background will literally stop dead in their tracks (literally!) because they don't want to accidentally get in the way. I know it's such a small moment and doesn't seem like much, but that small bit of respect makes me smile. THAT is the kind of community we should be curating. Be respectful and try your best not to get in the way (Of course only when they are respectful towards you as well.)

I used to do this trick back in the day. I have a video of me toe-ing it on my channel from 9 years ago. Also a switch front big late flip. Giger flip is the name!!

Eu andei de skate por uns 2 meses quando tinha 11 anos. Sempre tive medo de cair hahahahha, mas gosto muito de ver vídeos de skate até hoje (tô com 32). Jonny é o que mais curto de ver no youtube.

I love you. I love this trick. Can I make a comment though? I really don't like the trend of having stance-specific names for tricks. Even half/full cab bugs me. The trick should have one base name, so a "Giger flip" would be in regular stance, and if you wanted to talk about the switch version, you'd say "switch Giger flip". Love you content Jonny!
