78 cm day 1: done day 2: done (Iâm sore from the other day but Iâm doing this 3 times) day 3: done day 4: done day 5: done (wow I'm still sore but I did this four times today) day 6: done day 7: done (definitely lost a bit on the waist) day 8: done day 9: done day 10: done day 11: done day 12: done 73 cm overall, this was a really good short workout to do. mostly if you're lazy like me haha. I tend to have a problem with loosing my belly fat so I will try other of her workouts that can possibly help. I really love the results. however, if you want fast results, I recommend doing this at least twice a day. this is really effective though.
