I love how beginner friendly your workouts are! Most ab workout videos I see are very intense and has jumps and plank variations, which I dislike as someone who does not yet have a strong core. Thank you for this video ❤

this ab workout is amazing! in just one day I already saw the result! I mean some ab lines are already visible and my stomach became more flat after I did it for 3x 😍

You could follow natural diets. That means papaya.banana .milk . curd. Paneer.soya and others too.
Hey Mizi, I am 18 years old and started this workout 4 days ago I can feel a little hardness and cramps on the upper belly but I have abdominal fat ( chubby fat ) and I don't think so that the results are gonna come because of it. Also I am a beginner, this is my first time so let me know if I should do lower belly fat exercise with this too or not. Can you tell me how should I eat while doing workout everyday my weight is 55 kg. Thanks, waiting for your reply.

40 dakikalık ABS ve Popo yaparmisin lütfen ikisi bir arada ve ayakta.senin videolarında bir haftada 3 kilo verdim.Ayakta olanlar ile tabi.hepsi 40 dakikanın üzerindeydi.hergun yaptım.senin stilin çok zorlamadan çok güzel terletiyor ve vücudumun her yerinin çalıştığını hissediyorum.tam bana göre. çok teşekkür ederim 😘❤️🥰

Hi, Nancy💕 I don't know how serious the prolapse is, so I think you have to get consult with doctor about it first. It's okay to do any exercise or not. I hope you make a full recovery soon.💕

Hi, Mansi💖 It's totally okay because this kind of strengthening exercise give overload muscle fiber to get more muscle. So actually you don't need to worry.
