Hey guys, this is the first time that I have completed the whole challenge. I did this workout for 2 weeks with no diet change or any other workout. FYI I did only this workout in evening once. Results: My saddlebags are really gone. Like seriously, my biggest insecurity while wearing jeans was my saddlebags and now my thighs look so toned with almost no saddlebags. I feel more confident now while wearing jeans 😊. Feeling happy and proud of myself. Thank you so much mizi for sharing this workout! It is incredible 😍 Pro tip : try to do all the exercises with slow and controlled movement as it will be more burning and you will get results faster.
This is really hard for me, I'm 63 and I have arthritis in my hips but I'm not giving up!!!!! Be gone you saddlebags!!!! Thank you Mizi 😊

doing this for 2 weeks! remind me so i dont forget to update!💗 • 171cm (5’7 1/2) • 60kg (132lbs) goal weight: 55kg (121lbs) day 1: my legs were SHAKING at the end, at first i could barely walk. Could really feel it on the outer thighs! day 2: the hip area really hurt, no visible changes yet, but pretty motivated!💗 day 3: took a rest day! day4: my birthday! didnt to it!🎉 day 5: at the leg circles, legs were shaking! no visible changes yet, maybe bc i took a break! but i will keep doing it, so i can look good in thight dresses! day 6: i think im seeing really small changes? also really felt it on outer thighs! day 7: did it day 8: one week complete! seeing some changess!! also i weight 58,6kg!! ( after eating ) i will keep going until im happy with my results!💞 day 9: did it!! im literally so happy that im starting to see visible changes and its motivating me sooo muchh!❤️

This is the BEST workout I have done, nothing fast that takes a special degree to follow lol. Speaking as someone who is disabled and finds it hard to keep up, the countdown for each exercise and showing the upcoming exercise is so much appreciated. I see a difference in my legs and look forward to doing these exercises. Thank you for this video and taking the time out to do it for us.

Doing this until I am happy with myself?? I am 16 years old, 156cm and I weigh 67kg , I feel very fat and its become so bad that I cant look myself in the mirror bcs I feel insanly ugly (tips to loose weight are appreciated btw!!) Despite everything I found the motivation to do these exercises!! Thank you so much mizi!!💗 Day 1 ✅ this was harder then expected but I finished it!! I had a few troubles but thats all!! I hope tommorow wil go a bit more smoother! Day 2 ✅ completed without taking a break yay!! Still had some troubles with the leg circles but I didn't give up! It hurts a bit but Im fine! Day 3 ✅ ngl today I had a bit more troubles than yesterday :(( I took a few very small breaks aswell, but!! I still finished it !! I also stepped up my game a bit more and did 10 000 steps today! Day 4 ✅ ngl I am still struggling with this workout....but! I finished it and I also did 12 000 steps today! Day 5 ✅ did my workout at 1AM but!! In the end that means I still did it😂 wasn't able to reach above 10 000 steps today bcs I had school (I did have p.e. today so I guess that can count as a replacement) Didn't do it today 🙁 I have exams and im super tired and stressed Day 6 ✅picked it up again! Went great 🔥 Day 7 ✅👍👍 Day 8 ✅ tommorow Im starting my exams...😞😞today went great tho!! Lot smoother than the first day! Day 9 ✅ I think I see a difference?? Went great tho💗 Day 10 ✅👍 Im just glad im not giving up on this Day 11 ✅ missed a few days bcs of exams but I got this!! Somehow one side is always harder to do then the other one😅 Day 12 ✅ ALMOST DONE WOOHOO!!! Day 13 ✅ FINISHED MY EXAMS TODAY YAY!!🎉 DAY 14!!!✅✅✅✅✅ GUYS I DID IT!!! im so proud of myself!!😢after finishing it completely im definitly seeing a difference!! Not only that but I was also able to bring my weight down to 63kg!!! Ill keep doing mizis exercises because they really help!!

Tips to lose weight: - be cautious which influencers you listen too for advice - the thing that brought down my weight was: (a) not eating refined sugar or bad fats (b) I stopped eating when I was full (c) stopped eating out of boredom (d) when I craved sweet/unhealthy things I ate a proportional amount (balance is very important) (e) atleast 6k steps a day and some workouts like this one (d) gave myself breaks (3 days a week) bc you can overwork your muscles and that’ll stop the workouts effectiveness (e) did only workouts I enjoyed, this is super important because if you do workouts that make you dread working out your bound to stop working out - This is what helped me lose around 25 pounds/12kilos!! - remember hormone spikes play role in making you fatter sometimes so it’s completely normal to gain weight between 12-17 💞💞

@@kritiiikaaa I did this workout and I walked almost everyday (5000-10000 steps) sometimes I just did like some arm workouts but that wasn't really regular, I also just tried eating a bit more healthy, hope this helped!🫶

This was SO HARD and I do Pilates and yoga frequently. Apparently I’m not working my outer thighs. The burn was for real, couldn’t do all the moves in both sides.

I'm starting today Nov 6th I'm 61.4kg and my hip (maximum) size is 107cms. Let's see the progress. Along with this I do stretches and 6k steps walking everyday. Day 1: completed ✅ Felt more burn in my glutes rather than my outer thighs, took a little break in between. Day 2: completed ✅(no change in weight and measurement) Leg front raises were more difficult, could feel the burn in outer thighs and glutes. Day 3: completed ✅ (I didn't complete 6k steps, but stuck to the diet) Weight 61kg and no change in hip measurements. Day 4: completed ✅ Weight 60.1kg weight reduced. Measurement 106cm ( I'll keep measuring and keep to posted) Will continue...
I go to the gym, and I wanted to incorporate this. Updating each time I do these: Day 1: this pain is sooo different, couldn't finish all seconds Day 2: Decent, I got used to the movements and its a bit easier to finish. I feel a bit more toned and my legs feel different, in a good way.
I'm going do this with few other workouts. Day 1 night:✅ it was soo hard for me Day 2 morning:✅ this was much better Day 2 night:✅ My thighs were soo sore but i still some how managed to do this lol Day 3:❌ today I will take a day off as I told you my legs were sore and I'm going to follow mizi's advice!! Day 4 morning:done✅ today was harder I don't know why tho Day 4 night ✅ I'm seeing few like little changes Day 5-❌ rest day Day-6 morning -✅ Day 6 night -✅ Day 7 morning -done Day- 7_ Night- rest Day 8- Morning- done Day 8 Night-done

You have to stay consistent. If you feel tired. Rest 1-2 days for proper recovery of your body. Remember its a long game 🥰
