Germaphobe Can't Believe Her Eyes In This Home! | Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners | Episode 13 | Filth

Ойын-сауық

This series follows people who, by their own admission, cannot stop cleaning and carefully matches them with someone whose home is in dire need of a spring clean. Together these people with such contrasting compulsions will explore how their different behavior affects their lives.
The first cleaning volunteer is OCD diagnosed hairdresser Claire, 45, from London who spends 22 hours a week keeping her one bedroom flat immaculate. Her cleaning kit includes four vacuum cleaners, toothpicks and dental floss.
She even uses her professional hairdryer to blast dust off her skirting boards. But her biggest bugbear is her toilet which she deep cleans twice a day - she’s so confident her toilet is clean she even licks the rim.

according to HACCP (the protocol made by NASA for astronauts' food manufacturing) you'd use a sanitiser afterwards, which is a combination detergent+disinfectant. this would be overkill though for domestic use, as the only real reason to do so is to kill any germs in the water you're using to dilute the concentrated chemicals, to get that big fat 0 on the germ meter to ensure your astronauts won't get the runs 3+ years after the date of manufacture

TIP: Sentimental items, always keep them if they remind you of positive memories - if so, make a strong effort to store and care for them properly, you'll feel like you're doing yourself proud and honouring your interesting and precious memories. If you find you have too many items in the sentimental category - put them all in the same place and imagine it is a shop - if you had a limited amount of funds, which items would you afford to leave behind? The interesting thing is that the analogy isnt far from the truth: just replace 'shop' with 'your home' and 'monetary funds' with 'emotional capacity'. Every sentimental item requires emotional energy to keep around - don't waste it on things that you can afford to forget.

Andy was good person to help him. Ian has a nice clean home. In the end mentioned: "Andy´s therapy is going well, and he trying to spend more time with friends, and family. Charlie is nice person. They cleaned together, good result. They exchanged telephone numbers, and will be in touch. That was mentioned in the end.

I think this can depend a lot on how much you sweat and whether you shower before going to bed or not. For me my bedsheets will still smell relatively fresh after a few weeks while my bf's sheets will just be horribly disgusting if left on for more than a week. The difference is literally insane. I do often shower before going to bed which helps a lot.

But they both clicked well together. Claire seemed really upset and you could see it in her eyes. You can tell you she is upset with how her ocd is and how its making her feel.
