Just because you all have been dissing Catherine and underestimating her for years, doesn’t mean the rest of us have. I remember reading an article years ago when they interviewed the woman in South America who ran a “camp” that Catherine attended in her gap year, and she described Catherine as having a special quality about her and a quiet confidence that was very appealing and inspiring. Catherine is no doormat. William would never marry one. Even he said she had a wonderful “naughty sense of humor.” She’s got a spine, a brain, and a wonderful engaging personality. And she’s clearly very loving and loyal. William is so lucky she married him.

I’m a 76 year old great-grandmother American,living in Virginia. I loved watching the royal family whenever they were featured on the TV news & newsreels at the movies. I was one of thousands of Girl Scouts that were invited to Washington, D.C. to line the streets where Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip ride in a coach & constantly smiled & waved to both sides of the street as we cheered & waved in a light rain. We were thrilled that the Queen had been a Girl Scout & especially invited all area Girl Scout troops to DC. We were excused from school & rode on school buses with our GS leaders.I saw hundreds of news shirts of the royals as I grew up. They visited many countries & sat with their hosts & dined & danced with them & attend ceremonies, shaking hands & kissing cheeks as Europeans do.They joined in tribal dances & hosted visits to the palace from all different countries.I grew up in all-white communities & schools & know first hand about racism. There is no way the royals have ever been racists!

When Kate first joined the royal family, she reminded us that some women have it all. A perfect woman that can do anything well with ease. As time went on we saw her, not being lucky, but working hard as a working royal and in the process earning our admiration. She knows herself and loves people...her positivity is her decision. How does Catherine get labelled Machiavellian when she’s one of the most loyal, responsible and well-behaved royals on the scene? If she hasn’t proven her worth and merit yet, what hope is there for anyone? With Her Majesty gone, Catherine’s calm and serene intellect is even more needed and admired. There are more antics to come, no doubt, and her worries are far from over. More power to all the Iron Marshmallows, wherever they may roam.

I believe that Catherine is a woman (read: A Royal) who should not be trifled with. Sadly, She & William won’t be able to save the Monarchy until the King abdicates or dies. He’s unwilling to do anything to stop Harry. I thought after the Coronation, when he swore & took the Oath, he would put the interest of the Monarchy, Country & People first but he’s determined to support Harry, who is determined to destroy the Monarchy. Ridiculous. Charles shouldn’t have gone through the Coronation if he wasn’t willing to stop Harry from damaging the Monarchy. He won’t remove the titles, exile him or remove him from the Line of Succession. Charles is adamant he’s not going to do anything. He has no backbone. Think this is his guilt. Harry knows his father well. Have to give Harry credit for that much. I was surprised the Queen didn’t do anything but I thought it was her age & being sick but now, Charles is the same way. He’s adamant, no titles, no exile and no removal from Line of Succession. Harry’s probably going to end up being King and running the Empire into the ground. Depressing.

I wouldn't want either Meghan or Harry at my wedding. Not even if they gave me a million pounds. I don't think the RF needs any training, but perhaps it might indeed help Harry and Meghan.

Catherine is strong from her family upbringing, why William enjoyed being with them when they were dating, having a quiet unassuming time with them, it was good for William to have this, it’ll make him a better man/husband/father. Exactly what Harry needed, a good women with strong family values, it’s sad that he actually got the complete opposite. I can only wish them the best! But stay away…okay!

Richard is totally right about diversity training. All we need to do is remember what we learned in preschool. Be kind to everyone, treat people how you want them to treat you. Keep your hands to yourself. Listen to others and wait your turn, if you want them to listen to you.

Personally, I agree with Richard. In my opinion, diversity training is mostly unnecessary, when the truth is, we are all more alike then we are differen. Recognizing our similarities helps bring us together, while looking at differences causes us to feel divided. I believe that the Royal Family, being a deeply religious family, understand the value of the Golden Rule: treat others the way you wish to be treated. Their too quick, knee-jerk reaction to the Lady Susan Hussey interaction with Marlene Headley shows that, in that instance, they were not following your wonderful late Queen’s example of giving a situation some thought before responding.

Deeply religious??? Deeply religious people tell others about JesusChrist. They really cherish their marriage, certainly aren’t fornicators or adulterous, join others to pray together, do not support the lgbtq crowd, read their Bibles, and would never ever allow a divorced king to head the church,and rarely condone divorce. Furthermore, Hinduism, Islam, Budists,Shintoism, Panthism and the self loving New Age ideas are all religions. I don’t consider Christianity to be a religion at all. Rather it’s a relationship with Jesus Christ whose spirit they have invited into their lives after admitting their sin,repenting of it and loving the Lord their God with all their soul. It’s not just a vague idea that they are good people and if they are good enough they may someday be with God. I wish I could see this within the royal family but sadly I do not,with the Queen perhaps being a quiet exception.

Diversity “employing” is ridiculous, it should be based on the best person for the job not what colour they are. Well said Richard, very brave in this woke world.

Yes, Megain has the control thing at work. She has encouraged H to let it all hang out and he's stepped on a lot of toes. If the marriage fails it will be difficult. As for their "ventures", they don't seem all that interesting. One born with a silver spoon, constantly having his way, then the Tig. The first version of the Kate and Meghan disagreement at the fitting was that Kate cried. The Meghan version to Oprah that Kate made Meghan cry and brought flowers to apologize was irritating to hear and I would bet that version didn't sit well with Kate. Who said the flowers were an admission of guilt? I also read Meghan threw the flowers in the trash. Team Kate - I think she was the injured party and wanted it known, however subtly.

Oh please, the text that Kate sent Meghan is proof that Kate was the nasty, Meghan was right, and you know it. Kate was dying with envy because Meghan just met Harry, and he married her right away. Meghan had done so much in such a short time, she clearly is more intelligent, media savvy and a very fluent speaker, Kate couldn't handle it, she wanted to stop them from getting married. Kate text Meghan saying that Charlotte was throwing a temper tantrum because her dress was too loose, Meghan told Kate that the seamstresses were all waiting to do the fitting, and that everyone else were already taking their child to fit their dresses, Kate then responded telling her that all the dresses needed to be made over, wish only proved that she was the one throwing the temper tantrum and not the Charlotte. Kate tried to destroy the wedding, but she wasn't successful, what an evil person.

In an interview in Toronto, Valentine Low stated that when Catherine arrived at Meghan’s door with flowers, Meghan slammed the door in her face. I think the whole incident was probably a non-story that the press ran away with (as they do). Meghan was probably stressed out as apparently none of the dresses were fitting well, including her own. She probably would have cried at anything. We’ll only know the truth if Princess Catherine ever gives her side of the story, and that isn’t likely to happen.

I think the Princess of Wales does such an outstanding job at her engagements, as does her husband the Prince of Wales. She always is so kind and charming and polite to everyone. Most people have bad days when they may not feel as happy as other days, but Princess Catherine always seems to stay calm and her demeanour is so lovely. Prince William is also very charming consistently and looks so proud of his wife and children. A sweet family.

Harry is such a baby! If some of his friends gave him their opinions after the Oprah interview then that is fine. It doesn’t mean they don’t support him. To my knowledge, none of his friends offered their opinions publicly but only in private which is what a friend does. Friends don’t always have to agree with you and should be allowed to offer their advice free of repercussions.

I concur with Richard the palace & Prince William jumped too quickly on the Marleen controversy. They should have stood back & waited to get all the information. Also remembered Lady Susan is Williams godmother. I was most disappointed in him. KCIII & QC are pictured with her often now. Lady Susan deserved better.

Catherine in her own way is every bit as important to the royal family as the late Diana Princess of Wales was (and still is)!! I’ve watched William courting her in Scotland and the journey of their relationship, and I am not in the habit of giving compliments where they really aren’t due, but that said, you have to hand it to Catherine that she really has grown into the roles that she has been allocated and also she has grown into the family in general!! I personally think that she makes William happy, truly happy, and does everything with such grace and a kind of quiet authority, and on top of that she seems to have that magical touch when interacting with the general public too!! Now if she’s not one of the biggest assets to that family then I seriously don’t know what to tell you!! Just one incident that highlights some of what I’m saying, is when she was prevented from saying goodbye to the queen because Megan wasn’t welcome and some half wit deemed it appropriate that because Megan couldn’t see her then Catherine should not do so either incase it upset Megan, and Catherine didn’t make a scene or anything remotely like it. She took it on the chin and remained composed, and this is about a woman that she had come to revere and had a personal relationship with, and she abstained from saying goodbye so as not to upset MEGAN, who I’m almost positive she loathes!!! Now THAT is one classy woman!!!! I absolutely love her!!! And the family that she has created with William!! 🌟

You can see by the different races the RF meet in their charity work. They don’t need diversity training. Well said Richard.

The Royal Family only had one response to the Hasbeen’s and it was going to have to last for a 100 years and cover everything over time so they could get back to work. So all I can say is this was an amazing response.👏👏👏👏👏💕🇦🇺💗💕 well done the Prince and Princess of Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for putting it in. FINALLY!!! The first video of this channel where Catherine has been referred properly as Catherine or the Princess of Wales and not Kate Middleton. It used to irk me hiw they never forget to call M as the duchess of whatever but never call Catherine correctly, considering the extensive work she's done for the monarchy.

We’re Harry and Meghan even invited? I can see his mates not wanting Meghan to attend any event. Richard is right people that are not racist do not need diversity training. It’s absolutely ridiculous to even think that the royal family is racist, actions speak louder than words.

The father of the groom was quoted as saying, "I'm in no comment mode" when asked about Harry. Good for him. Saying nothing has no impact, but that seems to have some implications to it.

I am a loyal viewer from Texas, slightly older than the King and I AGREE with Richard about the training. It can be a dangerous path to walk because it opens one up to being labeled unfairly by others. I attended a training years ago and because I didn't agree with the people of color who were there I was labeled as a "bigot". I applaud the royal family for continuing the "never complain, never explain" path and continuing to focus on their good works. LOVE YOUR PROGRAM!

Hear, hear, Richard! I agree completely. Diversity "Training" really IS nothing more than divisiveness training! The royal family don't need an education by people with an agenda. They set the standards, and more people should learn from them, than criticize their every breath.

Harry's friend had a much happier, more memorable wedding day without the Dastardly Duo spoiling it for him. I'm sure they were not at all missed. I do believe the RF could use some training on how to deal effectively with a narcissist.

The outfit Catherine wore at Wimbledon was fantastic, the jacket in particular was fabulous, so stylish.

I’m with Richard Eden on the Royals attending diversity training. Surely how they treat all people, whatever their ethnicity, on a day to day basis is more important than ‘ticking boxes’. On that front I think they are doing well. I’m sick and tired of people paying lip service to the fundamental principle of treating everyone with dignity. It seems to me that the Royal family are shining examples and should be lauded not criticised on that front.

It doesn't take a big act to be more powerful than anybody else in the RF. But hats off to Cathy, as the song goes. May she continue to be a force to be reckoned with!

Richard is 💯 correct. Diversity Training is a load of rubbish. Sad thing is people will just hate because they have nothing better to do in their lives. Just look at the Sugars!

I think even before the interviews, documentary and book - there were quite a few reports of Meghan being her usual obnoxious, diva self with Harry's friends, creating a good deal of strain in those friendships. Lecturing them on their activities, demanding to know who would be attending a party and what they'd be wearing, etc. So not a surprise that the distancing has continued - especially now that they live on the West Coast of the US. Diversity training is often a bit laden with stuff that (to my thinking) creates a different effect. Its good to understand how things may be perceived by people from other cultures, races and/or orientations -- but a lot of the very woke strategies I find are patronizing and infantilizing. This pressure to have everyone do the training or face consequences is kind of like the cultural revolution in China years ago. Not okay to treat people unfairly in any circumstance - but that doesn't mean that we all need to think alike and talk alike or face 're-education'.

Thr RF have traveled the world, entrenched themselves in all manner of cultures... including hosting leaders from all over the world. I'm quite sure they are aware of customs and sensitivities globally.

I agree with Richard’s thoughts on the unhelpfulness of “diversity training” for those who have lived by the Golden Rule of treating people the way you would like to be treated by them. There is the wonderful children’s story from long ago (The Water Babies) that had characters “Mrs. DoAsYouWouldBeDoneBy” and “Mrs. BeDoneByAsYouDid” - the moral of the story was very clear. Our dear late Majesty Queen Elizabeth demonstrated the former. My mother once said that a true aristocrat treats everyone equally, with kindness, as Christ teaches us. No other “training” should be necessary.
