What a !💥 Watching this video makes me appreciate how much detail goes into a prep. What gains my most respect is how Chris carries himself as an athlete. Super humble, respectful, thankful and confident. Too bad many other elite athletes can’t have some of these same qualities and traits. Hany is a very dedicated coach as well and truly cares about his athletes too. He prepped one of my really good friends back in the day and I got the privilege to hang out w them. Congratulations on your win!!! You truly deserved it! Thanks

I remember one year it took a few weeks post show to get these videos. Calvin is out here killing it. I have no idea how he is able to film and edit with such a short turn around while maintaining quality. Courtney is wonderful, so helpful and supportive. Chris is very blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful people. No doubt 4x champ

I think this is one of the best documented preps I’ve ever watched. Calvin has really gotten the exhaustion, monotony and grind to come through so much on video... It’s done so well that I feel a bit exhausted myself after watching each one... 😂 These days most KZread content is loud and flashy and fast paced, designed to constantly keep our attention. It’s a brave choice to do something in this sort of dreary (in a good way), long form, real life documentary style... but it works so flipping well. Feels like you’re there. Get this thing on Netflix.
