You have to keep in mind that the last days of prep really take a toll on bodybuilders...not much energy, low carbs, low calories. Even the small things can get exhausting :/

Because Courtney has won the Olympia herself she totally understands how to support him in all the ways that he needs. I don't think anyone who hasn't competed at this level could be as great of a partner to him as Courtney is. She just gets it and it's clear their love is the real deal. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation Chris. My chronic illness has kept me from the gym for over 2 years and your videos give me hope that I'll get back in there. The fact that you not only compete with your illness but fucking WIN!? Is absolutely insane. I don't know if people understand what your body goes through internally and what effects that can bring into your life when you are pushing your body so hard with a chronic illness. @David Kymdell hopefully. I thought the worst case was losing a kidney but if it gets worse and I lose the right kidney and the left keeps getting worse I could lose both and then it's a lot bigger issue. Still smiling and finding ways to stay active. Causes a lot of pain and some bleeding some days but I gotta get out in the world somehow.

As a girl who lifts and watches KZread for inspiration, I find myself seeking male bodybuilders for inspiration because they know what they are doing when it comes to this sport. @@Dreamtracks yeah he didn't passed on first try because he was under his own height.. so he would need to lose 3 kg to get it right he made a lot of stretching with his coach and physiotherapist and get it right.. almost get out 🤯
