Great filming and editing but all this black and white filter in all his videos is unpleasant to eye and boring, the same as the videos concept, boring with this quiet atmosphere, with no music, this documentary film style editing, the feeling that someone has died, like funeral. This is just my honest opinion and many would not like it but this black dark filming style is the reason why I unsub Chris channel long time ago. He just won a five consecutive titles, that is just beyond amazing.

Some people try to make things over the top, but I like the simplicity of it and the focus on what's happening. Nothing wrong with how you feel about it or the style

We all know how integral Courtney is but her experience as a Ms Olympia cannot go understated. Her understanding of what's going on and being in lock step with Chris or a step ahead is just invaluable. Also, not too many women willing to serve their man like she does. My wife does, so I get it. A woman like that helps a man achieve a greatness we couldn't on our own.

He shows that he is vulnerable at times and then builds back to the state of a champion. Shows his humanity and humility. He such a great champion. For Chris, just wanted to let you know that what you do matter a lot to people. I was anorexic since 12 and now I’m 22 and 2 years recovered. In 2020 I was in fatal condition, I weighed 32kg and was hospitalised. I spent 11 months in hospital and had over 25+ surgeries, almost all of my organs stopped working except heart, I have so so many scars all over my body, mainly abdominal area. I wanted to give up, I wanted to not be here anymore, but at one of my surgeries I woke up in the middle of it, and I had an moment of realisation, I wanted to change, I said to myself I refuse to give up, and I didn’t. I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t even move my finger, I had machines breathing for me, but I came back man, I had to learn how to breath again, how to walk and much more. I couldn’t eat or drink for like 7 months, I was feeder through tubes in my arms. Now after a LOT AND LOT OF WORK I weigh 82kg and been working out for like a year. I write this coz I want people to know that even if the life seems like it’s ending and falling apart, no matter what you going through, you can’t give up, like you say it’s about having NO QUIT, thats what makes CHAMPIONS. Thank you Chris, you deserve it CHAMP. P.S. Hug Courtney for all of us, she’s the BEST. And huge props to Calvin. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been watching this video while being in the hospital getting my 5th dose of chemotherapy. This video gave me a boost of motivation to keep going and never give up. Thank you Chris for being such an inspiration!

The fact that Chris watches Hany as a father is just amazing to see. The mental edge he gets from that is a big step towards another title. Its so good to see. Courtney is such an amazing support she is one step ahead and there to pick up every single thing Chris needs. Its a great thing and one of the biggest reasons he is this successful.
