    hey so i have severe scoliosis and I just got a surgery for it but I play lots of sports i was wondering if you could post some stretches for athletes before games/practice to relieve back pain bc I also have a rlly flexible back so most stretches don't do much

    Change your sleep position also, to help strengthen your back. Sleep on a bed, then a couch, then on the floor. If is bad for your back to be in one position all the time; some areas will get weak, and you might feel like you've got a crink in your back

    Not all exercise is suitable for everyone , depends on your condition. He is teacher you to open the whole back. Chiropractor takes 8 years of school . Why wouldn't he be an dr ? Orthopedic surgeon would give you steroid short and request to pain management , he is giving you natural way to relieve your whole back if it's in pain.

    I'm no doctor, but have you tried a pregnancy belt? Raising your legs, psmpering yourself-with no guilt ? Also, have you asked your doctor? That doesn't seem normal. (Mom of 2, natural births)

    Hips can move more during pregnancy due to the hormones. Hip shifts can affect your body by pulling your muscles of your spine.
