Created in 1977, The World's Strongest Man™ has become the premier event in strength athletics. They hired an NFL guy who has no experience in the sport, has never competed in strongman, has no knowledge of the events and doesn't know any of the athletes. "Slow and steady wins the race for Belsak" he says as Belsak finishes in second place. It is embarrassing.

So amazed Thor did so badly on the car pull. He seems made for it with his height, deadlift pulling power and leg strength.
Marius is very good at his carries
5:40 peiman took off like a rocket, I imagine if it was just a Loading medley, he'd have won that event, his grip just gave out

@@BenjieWinney can we stop using the word "dominating" every time someone wins? He won by 2 points, he won 2 out of 6 events, thor won 3 out of 6. He had a great win that year, but he didn't dominated it.

The fact that Belsak said "We have Hafthor in our group so first place is already gone, we fight for second place" just goes to show how dominant Thor was at that time.

The fact I have to watch princess rob kiss his boyfriend more then once is a crime. Be whatever you want but we’re here to see strongmen lift weights not kiss their butt buddy.
