That overhead medley was incredibly entertaining and interesting to watch. Seeing Oberst and Arsjo struggle with the stability of the barbell press really showed us, the viewers, how much balance and stability is involved with lifting such weights.

Shaw is one of the strongest men to ever live in my opinion. I think that Shaw actually over thinks things when he competes & that's when he makes mistakes. Brian needs to play a Superhero in a Marvel Movie. He could be called Gigantor. Brian couldn't be a nicer guy. I wish they wouldn't show the winner on the Thumbnail. Ruins it for us who have forgotten the winner that year or haven't even seen it yet.

@@bentanaka2324 That is so true Ben. I think that's how Tom Stoltman has won the last 2 WSM Finals because of his younger age & because he is so very quick & of course uber strong. Tom might win several more. I just wish Shaw would Win his 5th Title cause I know that's what he has been Training so hard for the last few years. If the events were all Static Events like presses, deadlifts & squats then I'm sure he would have Won at least one more but since some of the events are timed moving events it is so hard to move Shaw's 400 lb Frame around & plus he is 40 yrs old going against 20 somethings.

The frame carry was wild. No need to make the handles so thin that nobody could hold them without literally ripping all the skin off their hands. It was fairly interesting to see the big guys known for their grip being unable to hold on to it though

As a personal message from his lost back in 2012 due to bicep injury on his right arm, this is totally Brian's message to retook the title for the 2nd time. Totally worth it. And it is a shame this is the last time we've seen Vytautas Lalas went into the WSM before he plagued with a horrible Back injuries in 2014 and continued the next year until he retired. Hats off to the awesome arm wrestler guy with his great shoulder power.

I remember hearing in a video from Hafthor that basically his friend/team member I think maybe Stefan Solvi had basically said after Brian went that Hafthor should just go out and do his best and try for 2nd place and that pissed him off because why not try for 1st, so he went out and blew the event out of the water.
