Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :
材料:
1. 150 克 = 5. 30 oz, 碎豬肉
2. 100 克 = 3. 53 oz, 碎雞肉
3. 30 克 = 1 oz, 白飯
4. 2 個乾紅蔥頭
5. 一條青蔥
6. 3 片薑
7. 500 ml = 16. 91 fl oz, 煮菜水
8. 300 克 = 10. 60 oz, 黃牙白/ 紹菜
9. 5 個浸軟冬茹
醃料:
1. 1/3 茶匙糖
2. 1/3 茶匙鹽
3. 1/ 3 茶匙胡椒粉
4. 1 茶匙紹興酒
5. 1 茶匙生抽
6. 1 茶匙蠔油
7. 1 茶匙雞粉
8. 2 茶匙豆粉
9. 11 茶匙水
10. 2 茶匙麻油
調味料:
1. 1 茶匙蠔油
2. 3 茶匙生抽
3. 1/2 茶匙老抽
4. 1 茶匙雞粉
5. 1 茶匙紹興酒
6. 250 ml = 8.45 fl oz, 浸冬茹和煮菜水
打獻: 1 1/3 茶匙豆粉, 2 茶匙水拌勻
適量青蔥粒, 1 茶匙麻油
備註: 125 ml = 4. 27 fl oz, 400 克 = 14. 11 oz
Ingredients:
1. 150 grams = 5. 30 oz, ground pork
2. 100 grams = 3. 53 oz, ground chicken
3. 30 grams = 1 oz, cooked rice
4. 2 shallots
5. 1 stalk spring onion
6. 3 slices ginger
7. 500 ml = 16. 91 fl oz, cook chinese cabbage
8. 300 克 = 10. 60 oz, chinese cabbage
9. 5 soaked chinese mushrooms
Marinade:
1. 1/3 tsp sugar
2. 1/3 tsp salt
3. 1/ 3 tsp pepper
4. 1 tsp shaoxing wine
5. 1 tsp light soy sauce
6. 1 tsp oyster sauce
7. 1 tsp chicken powder
8. 2 tsp corn starch
9. 11 tsp water
10. 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning:
1. 1 tsp oyster sauce
2. 3 tsp light soy sauce
3. 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
4. 1 tsp chicken powder
5. 1 tso shaoxing wine
6. 250 ml = 8.45 fl oz, water from soaking chinese mushrooms and cooking chinese cabbage
Thickener: 1 1/3 tsp corn starch, 2 tsp water
some diced spring onion, 1 tsp sesame oil
PS: 125 ml = 4. 27 fl oz, 400 克 = 14. 11 oz

Hi everyone, today I want to show you how to make Lions Head meatballs. Which is a typical chinese meatball recipe. I made mini meatballs because the big ones seem just too big for me. I love your recipes but it is a pity you don't state the methods of cooking together with your recipes.
Shallots has a milder onion flavor compared to a regular onion which can possibly overpower other flavors in your recipe.

lion head with rice...that's the first time. And the meat chicken and pork? I thought it's 50/50 ground pork vs pork fat.
