I’m watching at 1am, it does look delicious but I’ve never eaten deer meat in my 61 yrs on this earth. Maybe I need to give it a try before too many more years pass me by!😉 I do so love watching her videos.🫶🙏

Oh i love deer meat. Where did you get thY electric skillet,? I would love to get one so i could fry some meat in it. I also make homemade Fried Pies and use an electric skillet. Looks delicious.
Looks Great and I’ll bet it taste Even Greater, if we only had taste-a-vision. I have never tried letting my deer meat marinate in buttermilk before. Does that tenderize it, or just for seasoning purpose? When I fry mine up I don’t use quite as much oil and a great sign I use to know when to turn the meat is. When the blood is starting to show on the topside of the meat that’s when I turn it over and let it cook till it’s a nice golden brown on the bottom side. I do like to use an electric skillet though. I normally cut my deer loins anywhere from a 1/2" to 3/4” thick. And when the meat is cooked it’s normally medium rare. And really love the gravy you made, (I call it killer gravy.) A person asked me the other day why I called it killer gravy? I told him that I was eating some of that gravy over some biscuits the other day while eating some fried deer meat. As I was eating some of that gravy flipped up on my cheek, and before I knew it, my lips came off my face and beat me haft to death before I could get them shut down.
