I absolutely love your videos! You remind me a lot of both of my grandmothers. One of them sadly passed away 11 years ago and I miss her dearly. She made the best yeast rolls, but she never wrote down her recipe. I’ve been on a quest to recreate her yeast rolls and I’ve made many different versions over the years. I’ve come very close a few times but would love to try your recipe! You remind me a lot of my other grandmother as well, who like you, has the most beautiful Southern accent. 🥰 Your videos and stories are so wholesome and heartwarming and remind me of family, home, and comfort. I made these rolls today. They turned out great! I have watched so many roll videos I could almost feel the dough. I’m wondering how well this dough would do for cinnamon rolls? I love this dough! I’m also considering making these in a loaf pan, it would be pull apart bread.
