My personal experience is drawing the cheese slicer towards you across the top of the cheese the long way works best

Yes Val. A great suggestion would be to use a knife...😂 I cannot work one of those for the life of me. We had this Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Just love snackies. Great idea for the salami! Great looking board. 🎉

Happy Holidays I made a Charcuterie ( can’t pronounce ) tried making the salami rose ( not so pretty ) but it all tasted good !

Use a knife to cut cheese, I have had the cheese cutter. Love your show.and the way you cook.explaining things as you go😊
