God bless you and your families Val.! Thank you for sharing your family gathering with us. I come from a large family of 7 siblings, 20 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. When my parent were alive we would have gatherings just like yours at my parents house. It was so special. My dad was a chef so he did most of the cooking and prepping., but he taught us 3 daughters how to cook and clean as you cook. I miss those days.

Looks like ya'll had a lot of fun! I have a question about cooking the day before the event. I'm not sure when you cut the meat up and warming everything up. Can you give me some tips on that part. I'd like to have family over on Sundays at lunch, but I can't cook ahead on Sunday and go to church. I could though do it on Saturday, but need guidance on best way to serve it on Sunday. Thanks so much for your videos, I've enjoy so much watching you cook!
