If I were forced to eat cornbread dressing and gravy every day of my life, I don't think I would have a problem with that. Great recipe!

Also, I love giblet gravy!

I have a few of those pans but my question is. You used foil to cover your hen. But I normally used the top that came with it. So don’t the top holds just as good as the foil does? And my daughter and I love dressing with the cranberry sauce. Love your videos.

Thank you!! To me the foil hold more in more heat but if your pan have a secure seal it will do fine.
