For a studio, it's fairly decent but like you said, the fridge needs to be changed and I personally couldn't live with the wet bath. Just trying to keep the towels dry while showering would be impossible, and I bet steam would make a soggy mess of that paper towel roll stored above the toilet. Looking forward to seeing what the 2BD has to offer.

Yes. Here, it is easy to access with only a single key, so short-term rentals are possible. Monthly would get between 10-12,000 baht for long term. Short term, perhaps 15-16,000
