    Stunner of a property. One of the nicest you've shown. Small miss not having a bathroom in the downstairs living area. But that's just a minor critique, its not like its the end of rhe world to have to walk across to the down bathroom. If you can afford this property, you can afford to install another bathroom. BTW, I liked the bedroom curtains

    You could always re-purpose the washing machine as a dishwasher in a pinch. Probably wouldn't do the dishes much good but at least you'd keep your hands dry! A fine property on a very nice plot, would make a trophy retirement villa for someone with plenty of cheese to spend.

    In all these videos the properties seem either insanely overpriced or insanely underpriced. This villa looks like outrageous value for money (underpriced). It’s amazing.

    We try our best to find the best properties on the market. Sometimes units are overpriced, but it is the current owners that set the proces and sometimes they have unrealistic expectations We try now to focus on those that have properties on at fair prices John, the current owner is keen to get back to the UK to spend more time with his family. Previously it was on at 21.5 million but he is happy with 19.5 million so that is what we put it on the market for We will try our best to bring you more better value properties

    A beautiful property with only a few short comings. With only one small bathroom hidden in the back corner of the downstairs area, it's inconvenient to use except from the kitchen/dining room. I love the upstairs but, in Thailand, any tub without jets is a waste of space. The outside and pool area are spectacular but needs an outdoor kitchen with a grill for those BBQ pool parties. Finally, you said the current owner 'Owns" the property and the adjacent land. Does he have an exemption or is it the usual procedure for foreigners of having it in a company name?

    Thanks for the feedback. I agree with you that those little add ons would make the outside more appealing I know the toilet by the kitchen was an extension so I think you could also build a small one on the other side if needed In terms of owning, you are correct, he owns it under a company name. He has a company set up alongside his Thai partner

    Beautiful property, but it doesn't have a welcoming vibe to me because it seems a little dark inside. I wouldn't mind taking a vacation there if it were for rent.

    You would own it through a shell company setup. But still control the rights to sell on the property if needed. This particular villa already comes with the shell company setup ready for taking over

    You are exactly right and they are cracking down on the fake shell companies right now, so you can lose everything. Problem is you pay off the current guy at the local land office but then you have regional and national level investigators.

    FOR THAI ONLY. Foreigners can pay... Thailand smiles foreign money comes in. BUT it will never be on your name.. You have to have a Thai take the deeds.

    I think for any smart person coming to thailand and looking to purchase a villa, they would have already looked into these matters and be aware of what is needed Also there are many happily married foreigners who have Thai wives, so they could always put it under their spouses name Also if you have the right agent and lawyer in place, all paperwork would ensure the property can be sold on be yourself at any time

    Too bad the living room has so little windows. For a villa you would expect floor to ceiling windows all around..... Very dark

    I think it's the privacy tint that makes it feel a little darker, though you have got light coming in from both the front and back of the property

    This villa is constructed by Brit with many years experience and then.. huge balcony connecting all the three bedrooms 😂😂 where's the privacy.... Cheap 2ft x 2ft tile flooring.. I'd definitely pass
