    Do they provide a stool or little ladder for people to reach the higher cupboards? I think most Asian people are no taller than you and might find it a challenge.

    every property in thailand built on a developers site has a maintenance fee as standard it’s the fee paid to maintain the upkeep of the common areas, entry roads, walkways, facilities and for the removal of rubbish

    A foreigner can be a director of a Thai Limited company, he will then be obliged to fulfill his duty as a director, comply with the Foreign Business Act and Alien Employment Act. A foreigner acting on behalf of a company without a work permit could be prosecuted and deported out of Thailand.

    not necessarily. how you word it makes it sound like 95% of foreigners currently who own property under a company name are at risk of deportation and this IS NOT the case Documentation will be drawn up in accordance with the relevant laws and will allow a foreigner, through the company name to officially hold full shares in the property it’s a common practice out here in Thailand and one that if executed properly with the correct guidance (not yours) poses no risk to the potential buyer!

    I wouldn’t say it’s no risk. In thailand no laws are ever clear. Who knows what they might decide. However, Thai company ownership is so common that if they were to seize every property and deport every director they’d pretty much shut down Pattaya, Phuket, Samui, etc. These practices keep the money flooding in and keep the economy going, unlikely Thailand would cut off any money supply, it’s a very money oriented society.
