Another decent unit. Too bad it only has one bathroom, and rather than a dishwasher, I would prefer to have an oven, but then I am partial to baking.

Same size, this area, nicer view, and more modern/updated, for around same price and I'm interested. Make it happen :)

Looks great, the only thing that worries me is that it looks like the A/C units are a little old. Are they expensive to replace?

15,000 baht per new unit, including installation and 2 years warranty. Sometimes if you are lucky you can get them for around 11 or 12 when they are on offer

The second bedroom looks like it has no window or natural light. It would be good if that was pointed out in the video. Otherwise the agents motives could be misconstrued.

I find Thai style furnishings very relaxing. More of a homely feel compared to the flashy furniture fittings you get in modern condos

Lowest might be 22,000 for low season and if renting for the year. Likely though to be somewhere around 25k monthly for this specific area and also size
