Coop, Important. Do the bathrooms have exhaust fans? I have found in bathrooms without a window or a AC duct inside, mold and mildew can be a problem if someone takes a hot steamy shower every day with zero forced ventilation. Your thoughts?

Very nice, I like the darker tones👍🏼…. One thing I don’t understand is how come the 2drm versions in Thailand as whole cost to buy and/or rent for MORE then 2x the amount as a 1bdrm? In the states they are a little more but definitely not 2-3x more. It’s not like it’s 2x as big or has 2 kitchens …. As an example, one could purchase two 1bdrm versions here and have $ leftover and almost 70 sq meters vs the 65. Just an observation 😀
To buy within Freehold Foreign Quota the money needs to be transferred INTO Thailand (shown to be transferred too) and moved in 1 transfer. If not, it’s Thai ownership.

@@CoopersThaiAdventure When I bought my Expat quota condo many (too many !) years ago, it was single payment. However, it was 3 months from completion; maybe why it had to be 1 payment. Good job on the variety of places you show. Something for everyone.
This one looks amazing Coop! I've got a few Questions. 1. I'd like to combine a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom into 1 large unit. Would that be possible at this time considering its Off plan? 2. Is there a pet policy? I have a small dog (6.8 kilos). 3 could we have a combination bathtub/ shower installed off plan? 4. Is there an investment opportunity or planavailable & will these units potentially be available for air b&b rentals by us (the owners)? Thanks in advance for answering all these for me. I actually need 4 units combined into two for my parents/Uncle.
They really need to have non-Thais design these places. I say that meaning that far too much of these designs fits Thai size people and not the foreigners they're trying to attract.

Cooper, I read and saw other KZreadr videos about the vices of Pattaya and how many expats are infighting and engaging in aberrant behavior. I am not ignorant, so I understand that not all the people in Pattaya live or work on Soi 6 and other nefarious locations. With that said, how do you get people like me to move to Pattaya or Jomtien Beach and meet a female who’s not part of or was part of the Soi 6 ladies’ type of business? I am not being disrespectful, but reality is reality. The many expats that are causing the issues, how do the local people react? Thank you for taking the time to read my question. Hey, this would make an excellent KZread video.
