Don’t lock the steering on a flat tow. Never had to do it before, so lesson learned! All I could think was these giant tires locking to one side and throwing me off the road. Safety third people!

Obviously they're plenty fun just the way they are, and i can testify to that, I have a bone stock '56 Chevy truck myself. 6 cylinder and a 4 on the floor and i have several classics, even modern engine swapped ones, and none are as fun as that truck.

I was watching Diesel Creeks video on his Grader and just wow. late 50’s early 60’s equipment just works, it doesn’t care, it was built to work and by gosh it works to this day. It’s amazing, watching old car restores be painful with the carbs and then you get these rigs that start when you just trying to check spark lmao. Love it!

Hey Dylan, congratulations on looking after an old truck. Happy to see a young guy with some mechanical sympathy. I am from Australia and am doing the same process with my 1974 Dodge D5N 600. It was built here by Chrysler Australia. Have subscribed and looking forward to seeing more of your video's..
