At only 18, you have demonstrated how skilled you are, well done to you. Keep up the good work.
What a beautiful knife. True craftsmanship. Don’t believe the thumbs down. What is there not to like about this knife?
One of most good looking knife that i saw on KZread
That is one of the best Damascus patterns I've seen. I'm not a fan of chaotic patterns, so this is great.
Freaking beautifull. One of the most beautifull paterns i've seen on a knife.. And all the design is perfect. Really good job. Congratulations!
Well done young man! 👍 You should start putting a "Makers Mark on your work. You're going to have people wanting to buy originals made by you and not knock offs that someone copied from you! You've got talent!

Beautiful knife, I’ve been watching this kid Floris postmes kid is amazing he does damn near everything by hand. Even made his own metal. It was crazy.
this was a pleasure to watch. Quality craftmanship in making an every day tool is so important. thanks.
This is so beautiful as an object, it's a work of pure art !
Love the look of that blade. Already starting to put forging in my back yard and looking to create some wicked blades myself.
Holy shit that is a beautiful blade. If I had knife like that, I would never leave the kitchen!
Hi Paul that was a beautiful blade to look at on video. But it was the smaller details you incorporate that will make it more than a beautiful knife to use. The balance just slightly forward of the handle superb ! I could go on more but I'll leave it for others to spot in the build video 😀 thanks bro Anthony Kent

Its no damascus dude.... damascus is the most strong steel in the world.... So , it would be not logic if he can make it....

Mohamat Riduwan modern day Damascus refers to pattern welded steel that’s actually worse than a mono steel blade would be. Historically it was wootz current day steel is much stronger than Damascus or wootz
What a beautiful knife. Congrats.
Excelente trabajo Paul.
The way you forge it should be trademarked hey? I've never seen it being done this way. Exceptional dedication and focus resulting is a masterpiece knife. Very well done

The blacksmithing is good but your production of the video is outstanding. The music, the special effects, the video clips you used and the cutting from clip to clip is great. From the production standpoint this has got to be one of the best videos I’ve watched on KZread.

Gorgeous knife
That is one nice chef's knife!
A little tip you could have done for the blade is put clay over the spine of the blade so when you quench it, the spine stays soft while the edge stays hard so the spine will absorb all the hits the edge takes. I learned this from Forged in Fire and thought you would find it useful. You could also use refractory cement from watching Marek Tabi's Katana video. I hope this tip helps you in future projects 😁
That is a beautiful knife- nice work
