    I'll defintiely add the lacrosse ball... just slathered my forearm in biofreeze and then hit it with the thera-gun. Also I just saw another video about crossing your arms and bending your wrists which gives this awesome stretch. If this doesnt get better soon I'm gonna have to get it dry needled.

    Can you address muscle pain between the brachialis and the brachioradialis. I get pain right next to the bicep tendon where those two other muscles touch

    Hello Blake . I have an issue with my hip and I'm hoping you can help me with that . Basically , my left hip pop at every step I make or whenever I move my leg , it's been like that for almost 2 years but it wasn't painfull , until recently when I tried the single leg leg presse , from that day my hip is killing me . I'm not sure but Ithink it's the TFL who's causing me this pain . I have also been dealing with SI joint pain and pirformis pain for months now and I think it's probably related . Any respond would be appreciated , thank you . Love your channel . Keep up the good work.

    awesome video! I've had forearm pain and this made it go away! sorry for the random question but when ever I do abs I can only feel it on my left side and my right side I don't feel anything what should I do about this?

    my forearm or elbow locks up , to where i Can't extend the arm , then 5 minutes later it is ok , but hurts in the back of the elbow when trying to bench press or do triceps ?

    Hey, Blake! my Tricep( near the elbow) has clicking/popping sensation when i do heavy weight training, feel like a tendon or small tissue, and it has pain when use heavy weight, can u please do i video about that, thank you!

    Had massive aching and tightness in the forearms. Was looking for a relief for a long time but everything was for arthritis etc. This helped me. Just one 1-min massage per side and it's much better. Thank you!!!

    Great video i have been getting forearm pain from straight bar barbell curls. Today i performed low bar squats and had a strange feeling in the right side of my back about 4-5 inches from my spine it felt like my hip was popping through my back and i had a strange feeling down my right leg. I had to stop my set i am really concerned about it.

    when i do bench press, my tricep on my left arm is getting like teassure tenden problem, especially when I do heavy weight, light weight is ok, but the click sound on my tricep just make me scare to press heavier, why is that? i tried to stretch that muscle, but it didn't work very well?

    hey, im having pain just around the mid portion of my forearm on the edge of ulna when i lift heavy. also when i press or massage there it hurts as i lifted heavy. will this thecnique help with that too?
