Okay so it's not the spot where you're showing in this videos but I'm a pitcher and I have really tensed tissue in my elbow , between these two bones where I have a vein . It really hurts every time I throw . Tried not throwing or voltaren gel the doctor gave me . Been to MRI's, physical therapy . The recent doctor told me to go to my trainers at college and have them try to take out the tissue as much as they can . I need help ASAP , thank you !

When i flex my elbow 90 degrees and pronate my wrist, I get a sharp aching pain in my forearm, based on what ive read it sounds like its my brachioradilais or pronator teres muscle, perhaps both. got this from playing racquetball. If i rest for a month, i feel good enough to play, but always seem to reinjure. been going on for the last year. ive yet to use your technique to rehab, do you think it will help or should I see a Doc at this point? i feel he'll just refer me to PT

I think I pulled my rigjt foremarn muscle every time i try to do hammer curls I have this pain on thr upper forearm... and even when I try to pick up like the club to put on my steering wheel it hurts... is this a tore muscle or a strain? This has been going on for about 2 months.. please if any advice will be much appreciated THANKS

geremi Yes it does sound like a strain, probably to your extensor carpi radialis muscle. If there is bruising it is definitely injured. Two months is a long time for a simple strain so it suggests it is more severe, maybe a grade III. See your doctor. If nothing out of the ordinary, rest, ice, compress, no weight lifting till it is much better. Good luck.
