    thanks for this vid. i just tried this with a tennis ball and it helped right away. I drive for my job and am always seated in my car and tend to try to correct my posture throughout the day when I'm driving and that's probably what caused the impingement

    My shoulder blade pain was caused by scapula winging.. I've been doing the exercises that you made a video about scapula winging but still got that pain over there what should I do??

    if you have tightness in the rotator cuff area, would you think a deadlift or pull ups would cause shoulder pain if you try to force your chest up and the external rotators rotated to compensate the arm position?

    +KomBat147 Depends on which rotators you have tightness in. If you have tightness in these, then yes it can make it more tight by doing what you described.

    I just want to say thank you I have had this pain for years and i could never figure out why and what. It gets exacerbated from slouching i noticed. I am trying to improve my thorasic posture instead of retracting my shoulder blades all the time

    Do you know anything about pectus carinatum? I have it as a result of my scoliosis. How could I cover it up or do some exercise to lessen its notice ability. It's not very noticeable but I'm still self conscious.
