    With the front facing squats, if one foot tows outwards due to previous injury, would it be right not to try and get that foot facing forwards initially as it might be too much for the nervous system to cope with and will likely shut down movement? any other recommendations due to foot tow out?

    These videos are fantastic! The combination of movements feel so good. I wonder if you could perform the full routine with the advised practice length so that we could follow along with you and do the full workout whilst watching the video? I practice yoga and Pilates in this way and find it super beneficial. Thank you for your incredible work ❤

    I agree! Having a follow along would definitely increase the likelihood that I would build mastery of the sequence.
