I have been barefoot walking for a quite a few year and really enjoy it and my feet have got used to walking on all surfaces but coming across this foot training and lower body posture correction system is a game changer I have the soul mate starter kit and the training video’s are amazing the guys who instruct it are very knowledgeable and don’t make you feel inferior at all no matter what level you’re at

wow, interesting. as you toe crunch, your big toe is underneath your smaller toe. me too. sad how my past has limited my present and future. - in that vein, I suppose you're doing the work that we can all pass on to the future for free healthy movement, the owners manual to the human body we never received. you think it'd be generally accepted for curriculum in our early scholastic years. step one like in Japan, cultivate a sense of community through responsibility and crafting personality. part of the owners manual, in collaboration with personality genesis maybe learning how movement or lack of affects us long term. Anyhow I digressed far enough, thanks for your efforts, be well.

I started using toe spreaders and after a few months my feet tolerate them.for 2 hours although when I started it hurted after only 30minutes. My feet feel better although they look pretty similar. Also doing the finger thing in between my toes reduced my pain A LOT. Love it, thanks

It's sad that we have to try to get our splay back because of society caring too much about aesthetics

I'm wondering why you put the toe spacers on counter-stretched against their designed curve like that? I have some of the same type (Naboso) and when I experimentally tried them that way, the separator parts were positioned no differently, but the counter-stretch created a tension that pulled IN on my toes. That definitely seems the opposite of what we're wearing them for.

Thanks for the question - fortunately the body remains adaptable all throughout our life, so change is possible at any age! Certainly consistency and patience with the process is needed but with time you will improve. We have plenty of people your age (and older) in our community that have found significant improvements in their foot structure and function from these kinds of exercises 🙏Is there something in particular from the video that you feel is out of reach for you?

Take your time, and patience. I considered it rehab, 50 years of confined feet takes time to reverse the process. I started with what TFC described above, then found additional resources and started walking 20 minutes a day in my backyard barefoot on varied terrain. I think the barefoot walking was the best overall. Still, each day, these types of foot exercises you don't want to over do them, 10 minutes a day or so. TFC is a great resource and I always check back on the videos they post. I'm 2 years in now to going barefoot, barefoot shoes, completely barefoot as much as possible, and movement exercises almost daily. I've noticed not only are my feet stronger, more mobile, but also improved other areas, knees, ankles, hips, back pain, all improved! Good luck and glad you are checking these out

Totally normal. It will take a lot of time, patience, and determination, but you can & will restore the coordination to do it eventually.

As a turf professional I’ll give you a heads up-bowling greens are highly toxic and not recommended for walking barefoot on. Love your work, otherwise.
